Mission like this are pretty standard..."random NPC p***k number 76" asks you to hunt down 10 monsters and bring him their skulls...or something along those lines...you go hunt them down and bring him the items...its fairly simple and straight forward...

By doing this you get money or items or junk, whatever the NPC decides to give you...
