What is a Panic at the Disco fan? Is it someone who own all their merchandise, or is it someone who respects the members of the band as artists and cares more about the music they create? Is it someone with graphic talent or is it someone who has a way with words? Thanks to the lovely, Kohl, I am holding the second annual Panic at the Disco Fan Contest, and I am attempting to find the biggest Panic at the Disco Fan. Last time I gave away two issues of the 2006 Spin magazine with Panic! at the Disco on the cover.
Prizes:
Grand Prize Winner: One Panic at the Disco HCT Press Launch Event Lanyard and One Signed Panic at the Disco HCT Promo (both directly from the HCT Press Launch Event that Kohl was in attendance at, click image above to view), and one Big Prize (To Be Announced at a Later Date)
Secondary Prize: - To Be Decided
Wildcard Prize: Chosen at random.
Rules:
Be a Panic at the Disco fan.
You must be at least sixteen years of age or have parental consent (they can send me an e-mail).
Must not steal, plagiarize or submit anything that is illegal.
Be considerate of other Panic at the Disco fans.
Do not lie.
One entry per person.
How to Enter: All you have to do is show me why you are Panic at the Disco’s biggest fan. This can be shown using graphics, writing an essay, taking pictures, etc.! You can do whatever you wish, just show me why you are Panic at the Disco’s biggest fan. When you have your entry ready and are ready to submit please send the following information to: 021289@gmail.com

If submitting graphics or photos of any sort, please do not send them as attachments. Instead, upload them via Photobucket or other free servers.
Deadline: All submissions must be sent in before March 01, 2008. All submissions will be reviewed and with the help of my non-Panic at the Disco fan friends, they will choose the top two entries. Entries will be chosen based on originality, your honesty and well, the way you present your entry. Winners will be revealed on March 05, 2008,and will be contacted on March 04, 2008. Shipping information will be collected at this time.
Extra: Prizes will get larger based on the amount of entries recieved. If I find you, spamming my comments, entering more then once, bashing others, etc. Your entry will be thrown out and you will be disqualified. Questions? You're basically 16 already! I know the rules say "do not lie"... buuut... if the deadline is March 1st, you're so close to being 16! xp
Maybe you could just email and ask if you're allowed to enter, and tell her when your birthday is? xp

You're basically 16 already! I know the rules say "do not lie"... buuut... if the deadline is March 1st, you're so close to being 16! xp

patd-fan lady Thought I’d make this post to clear up all the questions I’ve been asked, so, I hope this helps.
Contest is open to EVERYONE. I’ll ship to anywhere in the world.
When I say “You Must be Sixteen Years of Age or Have Parental Consent..” I mean, the contest is open to everyone, just if you are under sixteen your parents must give you consent to participate. You can show me you have consent by having them send me an e-mail or just mentioning that you got consent when submitting your entry.
Hopefully that helped! Yayyy. I can just mention that I got consent from my parents. (which I really will tell my dad that I'm entering.) 4laugh
