The Black Market has had a shady past within the confines of Miyr and many believe it doesn't exist at all. Irrefutably though local officials cant seem to pinpoint where all the goods its citizens acquire come from. To those whom know of its location the Black Market has held a point of economic refuge granting a boon to chip weary rogues and thieves alike. The owner of the establishment has never been seen and is rumored to be the brother of the Thieves Guild Leader. ((This allows him to put up pawned items acquired through bounty quests.)) A go through employee is hired from the orphans running the streets and is often rewarded with food and a few chips as to protect this secret organization to its core.

Items: (All listed costs are considered a base price, subject to adjustment by total ranks in Thieves Honor)

Backpack E1 (+3 Equip) 300 chips (Items in the backpack are not considered "at hand" and do not grant you their bonuses.)

This entitles the user to purchase/pawn 1 Item, action, or spell at the Black Market. This Voucher cannot be resold for more than its value. (100 chips)

Actions:
Blessed Thief (3 AP) 300 chips: Redirects an enemy's heal or healing spell to anyone in your party, but you.
Power Up (2 AP) 200 chips
Shadowstrike (1AP) 200 chips: In addition to striking your target with an attack you may strike a second target for half that amount in special damage.

Spells:
Lesser Lethargy (2MP) 200 chips: Reduce targets attack score by an amount equal to 1/2 your magic score rounded down.
Lethargy (5MP) 500 chips: Reduce targets attack score by an amount equal to your magic score for one round of combat.
Lesser Magic Drain (2MP) 200 chips: Reduce targets magic score by an amount equal to 1/2 your magic score rounded down.
Magic Drain (5MP) 500 chips: Reduce targets magic score by an amount equal to your magic score for one round of combat.
