I use the calculator on my computer to add up my calories. ^_^ As for how many, I found this: Caloric Needs.
I don't know how reliable that is, but by that my target to lose weight would be 1,450 calories. Make sure you're eating enough and getting all the vitamins and such you need. heart

make sure if you're exercising to take out the calories burnt from your total ate. Otherwise you can end up not eating enough to keep your body running well and your metabolism up. I keep bringing it up here lately, but thedailyplate.com is a good site to use to figure out how many calories that different foods contain, as well as how many calories you burn doing specific activities.
