Hallow blue skies would lift the scent of both the striving grass and the burning trees from two-leggers that perhaps were off in the distance. Nothing a kalona or unikalona at all should get involved with as it would be perhaps to break them. Not a likely chance for either mares that walked a very close distance, almost tensely following each other’s foot steps.

No walk like theirs could ever say they like each other, yet their eyes never went upon each other. The area was much like a grave, but it wasn’t. The only wreak of death was the fawn killed perhaps hours ago. Two beings, both red and black would then separate from each other from under a large tree, but the steps still evened out till a point they both felt no need to be weary.

The red one held its head up higher, but its eyes looked to by shaded with hidden grief, though it twitched with the need to cause hell, the darker one looked back at her with ponder. She’d never known why her mother would disrespect her. Then again it wasn’t exactly disrespect but the constant look of memory. Something Gaiacinta didn’t like about her daughter’s features. Though she would never say it because her own daughter was not whom Gaiacinta’s instinctive hate would be placed upon.

Underneath the exterior of a mother waiting to eat her young, she really had no heart to. The only one that made the chance of a heard was her own son Spade, but she could not see her son as often as he, unlike the other two, found a way to fled. Though strangely he did, even if he probably would try to devour himself if not well guided enough, or jump off a cliff with out flight, but he was still pretty fierce.

The dark one didn’t know if she should eventually start a fight or to let things slip. Her mother always mothered the weak, but if you told her otherwise, you must be a challenge to begin. Even if the being was a male, the silhouetted mare didn’t know what could become.

They stood under the tree, though Gaiacinta allowing Raven to hold such pride and look like a protector, though she knew the mare hated her. Not enough time in life to care, all the more for her, but her eyes gleamed up, the stars made her ponder. She laughed only softly, thinking about the dead creature. Was it looking at the stars tonight too?

Both mares protected one spot, waiting for something new at the very least.

With a toss of his mane, Benoni was in one of his more darker moods it seem. For a uni he was an oddity, though these moods came more and more these days.
Had to do with the solitary life he lead these days, and a broken heart that had mended in a most crooked way.

The pair of mares took a few moments before they came into his view, an arched brow as his pale lavender eyes sparkled brilliantly through his dark locks of mane, tail swaying out behind him he watched the pair silently.

Quickly, his stance changed, he stood tall, head lifted with a proud stance as it was tilted slightly to the left, he kept watch on the pair before him.

A mother daughter pair, though something was amiss between them, it left a linger tang in the air, kept the stallion on his hooves.

It was the black mare that gave an uncomfortable shift, but she couldn’t really lay a finger on why she didn’t like the air at all. Was it one of those that disgraced her blood? That were of two kinds, but she wouldn’t stick long to watch her mother make a fuss or otherwise. The red eyes that almost looked like a dragon’s had scaled the very area, and there it was, even her mother had noticed. Something unusually cruel if not almost tainted about the one with often said ‘purity.’

It wasn’t something he was born with either she had thought. More of something he was raised with, like herself, but not in the same pride. That was only shared with the ruby queen that was to her side. “...” She couldn’t really say anything, not even a gasp could escape her rush of questions that she wouldn’t give into. It was not her situation to start a conversation.

The one that resembled snow after a way already felt an interesting chill from near by that wasn’t a Kalonas, but very challengeable none-the-less. With flittering smacks of her spaded tail, the mare raised her head to turn a glance to the direction. “You breath not fire, sir, but sincere memories of insincerity.” She breathed with a cruel smirk. “It is unusual for one of your kind to just simply have such fire as can be seen in your eyes from birth.”

With that said, she almost looked cocky with her wings folded against her back. She didn’t worry about running at all from the stallion, her daughter was no real guard but her movements made things easier for her. That’s why she actually kept her about, besides the interesting discomfort the two held for each other.

Though her words sounded harsh for some reason they twisted with a girly fascination, like one who’s wanting to hear rumors.

With a sigh, the ebony follower closed her eyes. Those words almost felt unsettling. Though she felt the same but not with the same conclusion. With age maybe she would understand, but she didn’t want to. She simply leered at the stallion as if dangling for an answer, but at the same time asking what he would do next. Struggle with the unkindness flirting in her mother’s words, or pour wine into the unfilled curiosity that shown in the cat like eyes of the ruby queen.

His tail swung out behind him, the long white tuff of hair on the end fluttered back into place faintly, his lavender eyes darkened slightly even though the glowing markings that ran down his face, lit them up like candles in a jack-o-lantern, giving him an eerie glow.

He dug a hoof into the softening earth for a moment, eyes still on the mares. What a pair they were he thought, he was a stallion who enjoyed darker beauty than most...a bit of crazed insanity was just a bit more flavor to the mix...

"The breath of fire can easily be put out, but the essence of it lingering to ones soul, ones own essence its more dangerous than a flickering flame.." His ear flickered back, his voice was deep, etched with the chaos of the world, murderous...

His gaze flickered over to the ebony princess, lingering on her for a long, moment before moving back to the ruby queen in all her proud glory..

“But then it is merely a jest toying at a futilely made cloth...” The words were with disappointment, but she flicked a sighed breath that had held expectancy. She liked to see one respond with a firmer step than brute physical depth itself. “It can’t be seen but you’re more covered in red than I am.” She mused. It was a term she used. Though she did indeed have murderous behavior, comparing her look to one’s deeds were what she mocked lightly- a way of breaking the ice. The jade eyes peered to the stallion that seemed to have an alluring glow about him, but not only that, but a second glow that would normally make one back off. She dared not to study his eyes for too long as they reminded her of a cave.

Greed would dive in, but caution would pull one back as amethyst was no diamond. The peridot gems would fall back upon her daughter and then a brow rose to her hair wrapped ruggedly around her face.

With a lift of her head, she was pondering things, but didn’t like the thoughts at all. With a brisk turn she looked sternly to Benoni. Cat like eyes searched him over like she had caught something but her stance was purely arrogant, and displayed with certain shamelessness. She would walk once and whisper something to her daughter in passing. The dark mare’s eyes widen, though she knew the red queen would soon take leave for certain reasons. With a raised head, Gaiacinta smiled, “You have a noble fire, but it is also with unforgettable curse. I will return. Allow my underling to pay her debt, and do as she longs. I feel no reason to restrain her from her words.”

The red mare made sparse of herself and drifted into the woods. With a purse of her lips, she pondered staying or not, but she was counting on her daughter to inform of what she learned in light talk later on. … When she could make things more comfortable.

With red eyes, the mare actually looked sincere, but still utterly surrounded with spite. It couldn’t be helped, but left alone with the interesting creature as Benoni, she did have questions, but didn’t ask for she tilted her head in his direction as she had faced him. Though she looked more grave when she realized something. “Bad or good, hexed one, you’ve made her interested in you.”

They sounded like cutting off words of annoyance, but she didn’t want to stop, or make offense. “I can’t help but agree with her though. You don’t breath the same air as a typical purifier.”
