Eve looked out over the plains as the warmth of the sun beat down on her black splattered pelt. Her multicolored eyes gleamed with delight as she whickered happily. Her curled mane whipped in the breeze, it seemed like spring would come soon but winter always had its revenge…always. She trotted down the hillsides to look for any clovers that may have been untouched by Jack Frost. Though unlikely she would find anything she would still explore. She had felt the coldness of winter but now she longed for the warmth of summer. Clouds floated in the sky as aimless as ever. Things just couldn’t get any better in her mind.

Wintir flitted lazily from branch to branch, his small size making him no bigger than a butterfly as he danced on the breeze. He had not particular place to be, no place to go. He was just lazing the day away as the warm rays of sunlight vanished behind gray clouds and the wind blew in with winter chill on its breath.
He landed in a grove of trees and sighed, the grass was taller than he was but not for long. He wasnt about to face the winter wrath in this size! He closed his eyes and and sighed deeply, feeling his legs grow larger and the grass brush past him as he sky rocketed upwards. He gave a lazy yawn and slowly opened his eyes. He was much larger now, still not as much as a strong normal stallion, but he was large enough to not get knocked around by the wind.

Orbs grew wider at what she had just witnessed, a small butterfly like creature turned into a rather majestic horse. She smiled softly, baffled and perplexed by what was going on. She stood, unknowing whether to speak nor move. She cleared her throat, wondering if he would hear her or rather notice her. It was a 50/50 chance. She shrugged her shoulders hoping it would work.
