As you might or might not know already, I'm running something called "Greil's Mercenaries" in the fanfiction forum and long story short, I've been toying with this idea for some time now... I've been thinking about asking for some artsy-type pics for me to use/fool around with.

Stuff in general:

1. If I've got a request, I'll post it here.

2. Note that I will only be paying in Gaia gold. If this is a problem, then you'd best look elsewhere. I'm sorry, but this isn't important enough for me to pay real cash. This is only an effort on my part to enhance the fanfic.

3. I've little idea of good prices on artwork and the like. However, my current idea of "reasonable" pricing is in the range of 500-3,000 Gaia gold, depending on the difficulty. If you feel a particular job is worth a little more, feel free to negotiate with me via PM or with this topic. It doesn't matter to me. Please note that unless I hear that it's a common practice to do so, I will go no higher in my prices than 5,000 Gaia gold, and at that, I'd have to be impressed by what you did.

4. Note that although I've largely used the cast of FE9 thus far, that's not to say characters from other FE games are out of the question. I may ask for characters from FE8 or FE10 or even FE7 (I could probably find every FE7 char on Google anyway) on here.

5. I will always ensure that you have some artistic freedom in these projects.

6. By making these and letting me buy them, you are allowing me to use these however I like. (Duh.)

7. I'd like them to be an adequate size. Nothing too big, nothing too small.

That said, here are my requests...

A) Newspaper story (500)--Yes, I realize this is more of a Photoshop-type thing than anything artsy, but here it is. What do I want on it? PM me for details, because if I say it here, I'd practically give away the ending.

B) Ike with a machine gun (3,000)--Don't look at me like that! It's an idea of mine for use in the (possible) near future or throughout the (possible) series. Basically, I want Ike wielding (and maybe firing) a machine gun. Any type will do, whether it's big or small. You're free to pose him/dress him however you like, although I'd like him to still have a sword with him.

C) Boyd (1,000)--My Google pic of Boyd sucks. Make me a better one! (I don't care how you do it, so long as it's T-rated or below.)

D) Soren (1,000)--Same as Boyd.

E) Rolf (1,000)--Same as Soren. (All I have right now is Rolf's floating head.)

F) Sanaki (1,000)--There are no good pics on Google! Gah! (This one ought to be serious-looking, however. Come on, she's the ruler of the Begnion Empire, for goodness' sake.)

G) Oscar as Gin Ichimaru (2,000)--If we've listened to Kieran, we all know Oscar is a "despicable, lying, SQUINTY coward". Now, we may have no proof that Oscar is despicable, lying, or a coward, but we do know he's squinty. And who else do we know who is squinty (besides Brock)? That's right, Gin Ichimaru! And I'd like you to find some way to prove that Gin is, in fact, Oscar. I don't care how you do it--maybe have one of Greil's Mercenaries catch "Oscar" dying his hair green in the morning, or Ichigo looking Oscar over closely, as if he's seen him somewhere before. Have fun with it.

H) Mia and Rhys in Santa's sleigh (3,000, and you could probably haggle me for extra)--Based off the part where because Rudolph's incapacitated, Santa asks Mia (because of her orange clothes so bright) to guide his sleigh. Thinking he's a perv, Mia asks Rhys along and instead Santa goes, "Ah, whatever. You drive, Rhys" and so Mia and Rhys help save Christmas from Darth Vader and the Grinch. You can feel free to let the pairing influence things a bit, but don't have them making out--they don't want their readers to see, now, do they?

(I will also post which artist is doing which project as offers come in.)

I looked at your stuff, and I was pretty impressed with what I saw. (I enjoyed Rupee Pie--I never thought of how they got inside pumpkins. I usually prefer to run through Hyrule Castle Town just to scare all the soldiers and peasants half to death, spreading fear and terror.)

Is there anything I've mentioned that you could be interested in?

Sanaki--You've seen Star Wars, right? If not, that's okay, but if you have, right now I keep thinking "The Imperial March" ought to be playing whenever she shows up, if that counts as a vague sort of preference.

Soren--I can't really think of much. Granted, he's a serious character, but if you have him doing a Canas (book-juggling, the sport of magicians), I won't object.

Rolf--With Boyd and Oscar, there's room for brotherly antics (well, mostly from Boyd, since Oscar/Gin Ichimaru's the mature brother)!

These are pretty much portraits, so don't include anyone else in them.
Also, I don't really have any setting in mind. Just try not to make them floating heads, 'cuz that's what Rolf's been for all of this fanfic. razz (In other words, I'm looking for full-body pics.)

Lastly, I'm aware that I'm nearing the end of Episode I anyway, but I'd still like these in the event I do Episode II.
