I don't remember it exactly, but on the Battery mission in Chaos Theory there is this guard talking to himself. He says something like; "I only became a guard so I could be a Ninja"

My most memorable one was one from Chaos Theory, when Sam several floors up in a building and walks out to the balcony where two gaurds are:
Sam: We''re a long way up here, aren''t we?
Gaurd: Yeah...
Sam: You know, it isn''t true that you black out before you hit the ground. You see it all the way down...
Gaurd: Ok, ok! I''ll tell you whatever you want!
