...ok that's pretty hard too believe. mainly because you say most of those guitars were passed on when the hendrix v ($8,000) is new, the SRV strat ($1,200 give/take) and etc, when in fact only 3 out of 8 are old.
nobody likes a liar.

osgood_schloter_boi ...ok that's pretty hard too believe. mainly because you say most of those guitars were passed on when the hendrix v ($8,000) is new, the SRV strat ($1,200 give/take) and etc, when in fact only 3 out of 8 are old. nobody likes a liar. liar? hmm... if its not true that its new or old exuse me.. but the guy i bought it from said it was, and it was one of a kind. and yes only 3 are old, i just got them mixed up... and just because they're expensive doesnt mean nobody owns them

i play a black gibson SG special on a kick a** fender M80 pro amp. i have never owned any effects pedals but i got a gift card for guitar center so i'm going to see what i can find as far as pedals go. i'm also trying to find some pickup covers.

Wasn't the SRV made in 1990 right before he died? Not the new Lenny, but the SRV Signature. My gear: Ibanez ARC-100 Epiphone G-400 Deluxe, Honeyburst with no pick guard. (*Sniffle* Tis Beautiful) Some peice of crap Lorenzo acoustic that I bought for $5. Line 6 Spider III 15 Watt amp Fender 15 Watt (Not sure of what model, but it's just a crappy practice amp anyways) Dunlop Crybaby Wah pedal Yeah, I know, I need a better amp, but i'm poor as hell, and i'm still working on paying off the G-400. (Yes, i'm that poor) Before I get a better amp though, i'm going to buy an Epiphone Firebird Studio. (Dream guitar is the 1963 Gibson Firebird VII) Then comes a new amp. Probably going Marshall or Randall, and looking into a stack.

i've been playing for a year and a half, but i have a decent amount of guitars.
an ibanez rg5ex1, and strat i built myself with a kramer neck, a B.C. rich beast, an acoustic i found in my basement, a custom acoustic electric built in bolivia, and a gibson les paul custom i found on the streets (probably a fake, bridge pickup not wired right too.)
and i use either my little fender frontman amp, or my dad's mixer hooked up to a bunch of speakers.
but i always use my line6 podxt live for all my tones.
