Mess Hall
Several meters south to the medical facility, the mess hall is where most people seem to congregate. It is considered wasted space by most people, for it can house roughly three hundred people with room to spare. However, all together, there seems to be less than a hundred operatives of F.E.A.R.--including maintenance, doctors, and off-field operatives. Nevertheless, this place is always left open and still considered a waste of an area. Many argue into turning it into a new gym for it is considerably smaller than the mess hall, however action is never taken.
