So remember that thread I pointed out in my last topic? One of the people from that PMed me. Take a look... Aikido Master Hey there Guess who, I'm not here to pick a fight or anything I just want to know more about the Jews and there way of life and you seemed to be the person to talk to. Don't get me wrong I'm not doing this to make fun of you or anything I'm just curious. I'm a Anti Semites but grow tired of the lack of brains in fellows of my believes so I'm stepping out and seeing what your all about that is if you would like to help. I'm Asking you mostly because your not one of the mindless Ignorant mass of bran less blow harts who fight of something they them selves don't care about. You on the other hand did not get mad or throw mindless insults my way which I give respect to you for that. I can tell you anything you want to know from my side if you like as well. Again I'm not doing this to insult you I just feel I need more direction in my life, can you help? A self-proclaimed Anti-Semite wants me to teach him about Judaism? I mean, I'm not going to be rude and refuse, I'm going to try to educate him a little, but is that just a little weird? I mean, that someone who sees me in a thread on Judaism and considers himself anti-Semitic wants me to teach him about Judaism. It's a little odd. Has anyone else here been approached by an anti-Semite about our religion? What did you do?

I did a look like stare that and just either said ******** off or just walked off
the only dude whom has ever done that was brunette, brown eyed, gay anti semite rolleyes .... it was rather funny
weird part is we talk on aim when ever there is nothign else to do and he has apologized about all the s**t he's said to me 3nodding

Woah.....MAJOR weird pm they sent you....Do I misunderstand anti-semetics, or is he just confused?...If you are that, don't you hate Jews for no reason and not want to change? Anyway, his pm is strangely ironic-he speaks of the desire to speak with intelligence and debate with people that are not lacking brains, yet his entire pm has an enormous amount of grammarical errors, even ones like capitalistic mistakes. This may sound completely stupid, but I don't think he really is an anti-semetic or he completely misunderstands the point...Anyway, back on topic, never been approached by anti-semetic that I can think of, but then again, if you count him as one, then I'm not really sure anymore. sweatdrop question

You know, this sounds alot like the time when my friend/teacher Doctor Gorden had some J4Js wanting him to teach him Hebrew. He reluctently did so, until one day a J4J told him that he was teaching wrong. The yad was actually a 'wow'. He gave some half-assed story, which I remember Doc. debunking very easily. Point being? Not sure, just seemed related. xd I will tell you this, though. Give your enemy a rock, and they may just sharped an edge to it. This 'anti-semites' is simply using any information you give him against you, and against us. Calmly tell him that you would care not to socialize with anyone who is foolish enough to believe that the extinction of your race is not only acceptable, but promoted.

in a case like this you need to be very calculated and think twice before you write anything down.
I would suggest to write your answer down on a paper and let other people to comment it before replaying this kind of letter.

But, I was in a Nazi-supporter thread yesterday, and just out of the blue, a girl posts "Leave! You stupid gay Jew, hail hitler" Needless to say it was quite disturbing....and rude, and yeah...

But, I was in a Nazi-supporter thread yesterday, and just out of the blue, a girl posts "Leave! You stupid gay Jew, hail hitler" Needless to say it was quite disturbing....and rude, and yeah... ...That's actually quite disturbing. Like wo. I've been called a lot of things around Gaia- n00b especially lately, since I was forced to be in the main forums where people are mean. But no one has ever said anything like that to me.

I've encountered this in real life. I'll say something about not celebrating christmas and occasionally someone will inform me, politely, that all Jews are going to hell.
My response? "Were you aware there is no concept of hell in the jewish religion?" (And then smile sweetly and walk off.) (It's hard to go somewhere faith-based that you don't believe in.)

Silverah I've encountered this in real life. I'll say something about not celebrating christmas and occasionally someone will inform me, politely, that all Jews are going to hell. My response? "Were you aware there is no concept of hell in the jewish religion?" (And then smile sweetly and walk off.) (It's hard to go somewhere faith-based that you don't believe in.) I do love that whole no-hell thing. It makes it a lot easier when we do encounter all of this. Of course, it also means that people just can't put their head around our concepts, since they don't understand the idea of religion based around how you live your life rather than where you'll end up when you're dead.
