 The Academy is used to teach students to become genin.
I(kazekage) will be the teacher for now until there are some chunin or higher-ranked nin to come and teach students.
To be a genin the must know the basic ninja information, and understand the concept of the basic jutsus taught.

Shihasu walked into the classroom and took a seat near the back, her geta making a soft clacking noise as she walked. She was anxious to get her formal education started. Leaning back casually in her chair, she flung an arm over the back, looking every bit the bored teenager she was.

"Hello" Ita said smiling at the girl. "I can tell you're bored, so i'll get the boring stuff over with first."
Ita walked towards the desk infront of the chalkboard. She took out a notebook and a pencil. "You wont need these, but I will." Ita said "The first things i need you to know is the elements of chakra.. Do you know what they are?"

"Good, and before I forget can you name weapons that shinobi use.." Ita said writing down something in her notebook. "Oh and What are the 12 hand signs shinobi use?"

"The kunai, the shuriken, the senbon are most commonly used," she replied, and then sat up and heldup her hands, running through the hand seals, "Bird, boar, dog, dragon, tiger, serpent, horse, monkey, rat, hare, ox, and ram."

"Very well" Ita said. "On to the jutsu"
Ita walked out the door leaving the room for two seconds. She came back with a pouch and handed it to Shihasu.
"I want you to throw one of the kunai in this pouch at me" ita said.

Shihasu raised a brow, taking out a kunai and throwing it full force, aiming between the woman's eyes. She settled back in the chair and waited, knowing the woman could avoid the weapon easily.

Ita did a couple hand signs and poofed into a chair. Ita appeared next to Shihasu smiling. "Hello.." Ita said getting back up to her desk.
"You may go home now and come back tomarrow" she said walking out the door grinning in her white and blue cloak.

Shihasu watched her leave and shrugged, getting up and walking out, putting her arms behind her head as she stretched, "Whatever you say sensei."

Shihasu walked back into the classroom and sat back down, looking as bored as ever. Mentally she was wondering what her sensei had in mind for class today.

Ita walked in the room and looked right at Shihasu.
"Remember when i turned into a chair the other day, well.." Ita said throwing the Kunai at the girl. "DO THE SAME!"

Shihasu's eyes widened slightly as she fought against her normal instinct to deflect the projectile. Instead, she performed Kawarimi no Jutsu, replacing herself with a chair from farther down the row. She was sitting in a bored fashion again, though closer inspection would reveal her eyes were slightly narrower than normal, and her hand was flexed close to a hip pouch.

Shihasu nodded, bringing her hands up to begin forming seals, "Ram, Snake, Tiger!"
There was a low 'poof', and a cloud of smoke, and there was suddenly two Shihasus. They jumped to opposites sides of the room and the original began throwing a barrage of kunai and shuriken at it.
The clone took out two kunais and began deflecting them, until the last one was lying useless on the ground before it disappeared with another poof of smoke.

"Great.." ita said smiling. "try putting chakra the kunai or shuriken, and throw it at your clone. Once you throw it there should be enough chakra in there for you to see chakra strings. Then manipulate the strings to go the way you want the kunai to go.."
