Sorry no photos... but I'll tell you what Tanemura Arina series cosplay I saw smile
- 2 Taukto's... one very much better than the other
- 2 Meroko's... one in red, one in black, both beautiful.
- 2 Izumi's... both kick a**.
- 1 St. Jeanne... didn't get a good look at her costume but it looked good.
- 1 Sinbad... again, not a good look at his costume.
There was nothing in the dealers room except one KKJ art book going for $40 and japanese manga... but I did buy 2 very very very cute FMWS keychains - 1 Mitsuki and 1 Full Moon. I failed on my Takuto plushie quest... oh well.
Otakon is awesome, so if you have the chance to go next year, go!

Sorry you failed on your quest, but at least you got some keychains! heart $40 for the KKJ art book is a little pricey, though. You can get it online for around $25.
Did anyone else here end up going to Otakon? Maybe they got some photos of the cosplayers. biggrin

Jinnyb I'd love to have seen those cosplays. crying Was there really a Takuto plushie there? eek I was on a quest to find a Takuto plushie... but I didn't find one sad Something I learned at the con - if you like a not so popular series good luck finding merchandise. One of my friends found the table with the keychains, otherwise I wouldn't have found any FMWS stuff.

Eternal Hime I wanted to go to Otakon. ;-; Was the cosplay good? Cosplay ranged from really, really awesome (Harvey Birdman, a great Magic Knight Rayearth group, all the FMWS cosplay, Prince from Katamari Damacy, the new girl from Soul Calibur 3) to really really bad (a Sailormoon cosplayer with black hair who put her hair into buns and tired yellow yarn to them and a Hei from YY Hakusho who made her hair from construction paper). There was far too much Nartuo and Yuna's from FFX and FFX-2. My friend went as Mai from Mai Hime and Chise from Saikano.

I wish I could have gone because it sounds so fun but I live so far away and my parents wouldn't let me go even if I was with friends. But there is an anime con that's going to be near me this fall. I hope I can go so I can cosplay as Meroko (that would be awesome!). If I do, I'll definitely post pics. 3nodding

Those are some really good cosplay. I really liked the KKJ outfit and the second Meroko cosplay. The Meroko costume was so good! I clap for her. xd
