So I've come down with plague. The internet is loosing my interest, fast, and I can't focus well enough to read much, knit, play most videogames, or draw. Videogames that I can focus on are causing me to get motion sick.
What's a sick Pix to do?

I have to agree with you Pixie...the s**t that they have in that store makes me wonder how the preteen crowd is still allowed here on gaia with their ever vigilant parent looking over them. Then again, this site has sold its soul to corporate hell. My favorite thing to do when I am feeling like crap...lay on the couch, bundled up and watch movies that will lull you to sleep. Never fails to make you feel better and you don't feel bad for falling asleep through shitty movies.

NyQuil knocks me flat on my a**...I try not to take it. Turns me into a zombie. *coughs* I'll probably end up having to take it because the office moron has been sick for the past week and at work, which means she is spreading her disgusting germs around. stare

And hmmm...the airborne will shorten your illness, or prevent it if you take it early enough.
I say watch Firefly. Ish good stuff!
And also, watch funny movies. Makes me feel better, or sleep as much as possible. Read a book?

THe other girls at work have graciously shared their airbourne stuff, I think it might be to late for me. Got that crappy achy feeling, chest kind of hurts and my voice sounds terrible. stare

Raver SARS: When a party kid does not take the right precautions (ex: drink from other people's water bottles or make out with every other person while on X) or has a low immune system (ex: all coughing and sneezing and cramped spaces), they have a greater chance getting a hard cold that last from 5-7 days. Which, is just enough time to get better for next weekends party, in which the victim will catch it again, making it a seemingly never ending chance of sick.

Silly Gaia, it needs a kick in the head. Well, more than a kick... how about a large fire?
