Country Background: The Snow country was a small and peaceful country constantly experiencing winter. It went through a period of hardtimes until the weather control generator was activated, allowing the country to finally experience Spring. The country had been on economic hard times for several years. Daimyou Kazahana Sousetsu was said to have nearly bankrupted the country putting money into the heating generator machinery. Later when his brother Dotou came to power, the country expended even more funds in weaponry development. After the removal of Daimyo Kazahana Dotou, his niece Kazahana Koyuki rose to power and the country began to flourish once again. The usage of the generator appears to have warmed the valleys of the country, allowing them to experience warmer climates. The surrounding mountains still retain snow however.
Village Background: Hidden Snow was a fledgling village. With Daimyo Kazahana Dotou's desire for power, he began to hire ninja to come under the Hidden Snow banner. When Team 7 was sent to the Snow Country to protect the woman revealed to be Kazahana Koyuki, they succeeded in overthrowing Dotou and assuring Koyuki's rise to country head. Because of Koyuki's good ties with Konoha, it is unknown if she will feel the need to maintain a shinobi village

Rouga Nadare
Haryuu Mouko (Destruction Dragon Fierce Tiger) 900 Skill Points - After forming the needed hand seals, an ice tiger will rise from the surrounding ice to strike out against its target. Its cold nature can freeze any nearby water, and its large mass can cause a large amount of damage when it impacts.
Itsukaku Hakuegei (One Horned White Whale) 1000 Skill Points - After forming the needed hand seals, a gigantic horned white whale made of ice will rise from the surrounding snow to come thundering down on an opponent, crushing them and the surrounding area under its large mass.
Rouga Nadare no Jutsu (Wolf Fang Avalanche Technique) 1250 Skill Points - After forming the needed hand seals, an avalanche of snow will rain down towards the user's opponent. As the snow slides down, it will coalesce into large snow wolves. These wolves can follow the user's bidding and attack his opponent. A sufficiently powerful straight thrust can disrupt the wolves and return them to snow.
Tsumetai Ame no Jutsu (Freezing Rain Technique) 800 Skill Points - The user creates rain and since it's so cold, the rain turns into nearly needles of ice. Upon impact, the force is like being hit with one of Rock Lee's punches.
Baisuu Aisu Se (Multiple Ice Torrents) 1000 - The user makes the "Bird" seal, and when that happens, house sized glaciers of Ice start shooting up out of the ground wherever the opponent touches the ground. For this to work, there must be water somewhere around.
Tsumetai Hashira no Jutsu (Freezing Pillar Technique) 1000 - The user makes the "Dragon" seal and a pillar of ice suddenly forms around the oppoent using the H2O in the air. This gives the user an opportunity to escape or attack. The ice the opponent is surrounded by can only be broken if the user de-activates the jutsu.
Aisu Kirikae no Jutsu (Ice Replacement Technique) 700 - The user creates a block of ice right behind them in their exact shape and cannot be seen when used. The user flickers away right before being hit, and the opponent slams into the ice block.
Kazahana Dotou
Kokuryuu Boufuusetsu (Black Dragon Blizzard) 800 Skill Points - After forming the needed hand seals, the user will thrust his arm to send out a black ether-like dragon to strike his opponent. As it flies through the air it will begin to turn, when it hits the target it will use its motion to launch the opponent high into the air.
Souryuu Boufuusetsu (Twin Black Dragon Blizzard) 1200 Skill Points - After forming the needed hand seals, the user will thrust his arms to send out twin black ether-like dragons to strike his opponent. As they flies through the air they will begin to turn, creating a large dark tornado.
Tsuin Kesshou Yari (Twin Crystal Spears) 800 - the user concentrates on the cold weather and creates two spears of crystal, unbreakle unless the user de-activates the jutsu.
Yuki Bushin no Jutsu (Snow Clone) 900 - the user creates a clone of snow, that moves quickly and hits hard, but cannot jump high since it's snow, and cannot be exposed to over 80 degrees of heat or else it will melt.
Kakuyoku Fubuki
Tsubame Fubuki (Snow Storm Swallows) 500 Skill Points - The user will create ice swallows which they can launch at their opponent. As they fly through the air, these deadly birds can hone in on their target. A sufficiently hot enough counter can melt the ice swallows.
Hyourou no Jutsu (Ice Prison Technique) 650 Skill Points - After forming the needed hand seals, the user will touch the ground, causing columns of ice to rise from the ground at her foe. If caught, the ice will rise up around her target and imprison them. The user can also use this technique as a defensive measure, raising the ice to form a shield against incoming attacks.

After parting ways with Kazama Admiral headed into town to his favorite ramen bar. Upon his arrival he was greeted by the Bar tender "The usual" Admiral said casually. He then took his seat next to a young girl. "Hello" Admiral said to the girl with a mouth full of ramen. "hi" she said shyly before getting up to leave. She stopped to leave then motioned to Admiral. Admiral then wolfed down the rest of his ramen then followed her. She led him back into the forest to a cleared area of forest. "Silly Kid" she said as she threw several needles at him. Admiral rolled under them then ran at her with a smile on his face before jumping into the tree behind her. She then began running toward the tree then straight up it towards Admiral. Admiral drew 2 kunai from the pouch on his waste and held them. She looked as she took several need from her sleeves. The two then threw the projectiles at eachother then backflipped off the opposite side off the tree. "Your not as weak as i thot" the girl said through clinched teeth with her back to the tree. "Yeh" and i thot you wanted to get to know me" Admiral said sarcastically

A few days later Suichi and Fubuki began to teach him the technique. "Like this" Fubuki said performing several handseals. Suichi followed her hands perfectly observing every movement she made. Fubuki then made several ice swallows and had them parade in a circle around her. "easy" she said smiling

Suichi then clinched his teeth then began several handseals. "Thats it" Fubuki said watching Suichi closely. Suichi felt a vein on his head begin to pop out as the air around him condensed into small snow balls that began too take the shape of birds. Suichi then grew exausted and fell to his knees in the snow.

Fubuki hten walked over to Suichi "Maybe if you had some motivation" she said She then smiled before kicking him in the chest causing him to slide across the snow in pain. Suichi quickly rolled on to his feet consumed by anger. Suichi drew several kunai from his pouch and ran wildy at Fubuki simply to be kicked in the stomache this time sending him sliding across the snow into a nearby shrub Suichi laid there looking up in the sky "What the Hell is her problem" He thot to himself before seeing several kunai Coming towards him from above. "What can i do" Suichi thot to himself awaiting the impaling feeling from the kunai.Suichi eyes then shot open as he performed several handseals while on his back. Snow storm swallows he whispered as a couple puffs of air around him began to condense and form small birds. Suichi then pointed his fingers at the oncoming kuani and the 3 birds shot off at the kuani colliding with them knocking them away from Suichi. A few remaining kunai land between Suichi's legs and one by his head cutting some of his hairs.
He spots a ramen bar and goes inside the ramen bar and sees Kazahana Dotou and walks up and tugs on his jacket Yeah what do you want kidUm mister dotou i was wondering if you could teach me some of your techniquesSure kid well do first who are youMy name is Uchiha OmitoUchiha Omito thats an odd name OmitoSo u got a problem with my nameNo not at all its not origanal and thats why i like itOh really gee thanks^_^

As Kazama reached the Snow vilage he noticed immidiatly that it had lots of snow and was very cold."Hmm..I never thought that it was relly cold here."Kazama continued to walk around looking for some training.Kazama then saw someone off in the distance and slowly made his way over to them.Just as Kazama sort of got close to the person,she tunred around and Kazama noticed that it was a girl.The girl then looked down at Kazama and said."Who are you and what is your business here boy?"Kazama looked up into her face and said."My name is Hyuuga Kazama and I came to the snow village to do some training."The girl smirked and said."Well,I will make you a deal.If you show me that you have skills,than I will train you myself."Kazama nodded as he quickly jumped back and got ready to attack.

The girl smiled and quickkly dashed at Kazama and kicked him hard before he had a chance to react,Kazama's body did a backflip and then Kazama came to a skidding stop on the ground,Kazama then thought to himself as he charged towards her."Man she's fast"Kazama then swung a hard kick at her head that she blocked and then Kazama threw another kick at her that she also blocked.She then threw another kick at Kazama and Kazama quickly ducked under it.Kazama then did several backflips and then quickly activated his Byakugan.She then charged in on him and jumped high into the air.Just as she was coming down,she aimed a hard punch towards Kazama.Kazama then quickly did a backflip aiming his legs for her.She didn't have time to react as she got kicked in the chin and flew back through the air.She did several backflips and landed on her feet."This might be interesting after all"She thought as she quickly puled out several shuriken,she then launched them at Kazama all at once.Kazama rolled to the side as the shuriken fleew past him very quickly.Kazama then looked up at her and took several deep breathes.

The girl then smiled as she looked at Kazama and performed several handseals.The girl then kicked a pile of snow into the air and then Kazama saw her perform one more handseal.Kazama then saw then snow that she had kicked up turn into birds and then they all flew towards Kazama very quickly.Kazama barely had time to react as he drug his right foot in front of him and then released chakra from each Tenketsu hole in his body causing him to spin very rapidly.As the birds hit Kazama they all tunred back into snow.The girl was slightly amazed and then Kazama charged at her very quickly.Kazama then threw a kunai into the air and had it come down towards her head.The girl then jumped up amd kicked the kunai away.Just as she landed Kazama punched her hard in the stomache causing her to fly back skidding through the snow.She then got up and said."Your not bad at all Kazama,I guess I have to finish my part of the deal and teach you a technique"Kazaman nodded and said."Yup,thats right"

Kazama smiled as she said."I will teach you a technique known as the Ice Prison Technique.To do this technique you must perform these handseals and touch the ground forcing your chakra up through the ground.Once the chakra reaches the ground it will take on an Ice prison,which can be used to block oncoming attacks or it can be used to trap your opponent.Now watch me do it first"Fubuki then quickly performed several handseals and touched the ground.Kazama then saw the gorund beside him break and then all in one moment,Kazama saw a huge ice prison emerge from the surface of the ground.Kazama looked over at Fubuki who nodded towards him and then Kazama performed the same handseals as Fubuki and then Kazama touched the ground and began focusing his chakra.Kazama then began to force it through the ground.Just as it reached the ground level,Kazama saw a small version of what Fubuki had made.Fubuki then wemt over to it and said."Well thats not bad for a first try,but I know you can do better"
