In your opinions which one's do you guys favor? I personally have had both before, one I had in Marine Biology in my school which was a Salt Water Tank. And I have a tank at home which is a Fresh Water tank.
I really like taking care of fish and having an aqaurium. I just happen to be very bad at having one. Something always tends to go wrong. sweatdrop
Anyway none of my sob and or weird stories of my tanks. What do you guys like better salt or fresh? And why.

At the moment I only have fresh-water set-ups, but I prefer salt-water. I LOVE reef tanks, even if they don't have any fish in them. I'd take a reef-tank stocked with funny-looking crabs and corals over a fresh-water tank, anyday. heart
Unfortunately, I'm a full-time student and I have NO time to manage a salt water system on top of all my fresh water tanks, and I'm too horribly attatched to my fishies to trade them in for something saltier.

I like both, though I'm more likely to keep a freshwater tank since it's easier. I find the marine fish a bit hard to take care of. I do love the rocks in marine aquariums though. I can spend hours staring at them, so many interesting things grow on them.

I like both, but brackish is probably my favorite. I would have a reef tank, but I just don't have the money right now. D:
Edit: I have one now! 4laugh
