*raises hand* i'l answer!!!! *giggles*... uhh... no... at least I don't think so. :XP: i can't speak for everyone. but uhh...
i truly think that his "vampire" persona is a marketing gimmick. i think that him wanting to be a "vampire" suits him. i always picture "Vampires" as being elegant, regal, mysteriously sexy (hahaha), romantic, suave, reserved, etc. (and i guess that's thanks to authors like Anne Rice and such media descriptions of Vampires that makes me think so) and Gackt sometimes has those attributes, don't you think so? (^_^)
lol... other than that... what's your opinion? (^-^) hehe... cute question. :XP:

Well, apparently the Malice Mizer song Transylvania has a line from Ann Rice's book.
"Drink from me and live forever." Gackt sings in English. Broken, broken English. *^-^*
It's totally for fanservice-y reasons. But the whole uses candles and no windows in his house thing is kinda mysterious. I think that vampire thing started in his Malice Mizer days. He loved the world Mana wanted to create, this gothic french mysterious-vampiristic world with his music. Gackt fanned the flames for it to happen with this assumption that he is a vampire.
It's the one thing he doesn't explain in his autobiography. He speaks about his premonition type abilities, but nothing of vampires. I totally think it's fake.
But man, Gackt being a vampire...hot, I must say. *lol*

he makes for a very well kept vampire. (but sadly, i doubt that he plays with that role anymore. least it feels like he takes on the role of being a "vampire" much anymore.)

Ok Vampire's are awsome! And if Gackt is a vampire than hes even cooler! X3 Well he hasn't aged at all. So may be is a vampire!
