call microsoft at 1-800-4MY-XBOX and talk to the one of the reps there, tell them what happened and they will send you your coffin

Just a tip, keep your 360 standing up and all vents free and have a decent amount of space for your 360 to breathe, also keep the area around it dusted.

Mine lighten up those 4 red lights once ..... 10 secs after that I turned him ON with green lights o.o
is it normal ?

Call the rep they will ask you the problem then they ask you to check the system to make sure then ask you for the Numbers on the back of the system then they ask for your billing address if you didnt do so when you frist got the system on Xbox.com. then you wait about a few days for the box to ship it in aka the coffin. You ship it back (no cost) you wait for 2-3weeks sometimes 4 for some far away from texas. When you get it you can play on a new I mean Refurb one. till it happens again maybe evil .

yeh i think you have to send to microsoft pay for it then yeah they get it fix... happens to my cousins... they have olders ones

lol i have the red fire ring on but only 3 glow and they go away when i shake the cord in the back
