Ok, so, you can buy a sub-forum. Then it's your's. Just PM me the name and mention your donation of 2500g to the guild for it. You can use your guild for WHATEVER. It's your's. You have reign in it. Like your own mini-guild. I only ask a few things about this:

1) Do NOT make mimic RPs. This means, if A opens a forum and the main RP in it is one about vampires who live in enternal night, then B can't do that. BUT, B CAN open a forum whose main RP is about vampires who live in eternal day. They CAN be similar. If you see an RP JUST like your's, then PM me, purest_heart, or Paineverlasting. We'll evaluate and discuss it and make a ruling.
2) Follow the ToS and Gaia's base rules. As well as the overall Guild Rules. So long as your rules don't conflict with those, they can be whatever you want.
3) This is no number 3. :]
4) As Captain, I reserve the right to lock your forum should it break any rules. My crew and VCs can do this too.
