Disneyana knew she had a family somewhere in the world, a mother and father and maybe even siblings. Sadly she had no idea where in the world or who they were and could not remember how she came to be seperated from them. The only memory she had was the vague terror that unknown beasts lurked in the forest. They followed her and watched her and if she ever stopped for too long they might get her.
This paranoia had faded as she grew, as had the dreams of being a part of a family once more. Instead she contented herself with seeking out places where wild roses grew and creating temporary dens for herself amid the heavy scent of the blooming flowers. It was in such a remote corner of the forest that she had found a wide wall of blooming roses and a deep clear river alongside them. Inside of this thorny haven she had been staying for quite some time.
On this particular morning she was strolling alongside the river pausing for a refreshing drink or two and contemplating on the joys and sorrows of her life alone. "It's not all bad..." she smiled to herself.

His heavy feet had carried him thus far, and he was most unsure of where else he was to go. He had explored the entire EARTH it felt like.. But.. He had seen some amazing sights.. Only.. If you dont have a home, so you explore, where are you supposed to stop exploring?
This rock seemed like a very nice place to stop. He looked at the massive rock, and smiled. It was on the bank of the river, and was quite large. He jumped to the top, letting his paws click across the stone surface.
His eyes were amused and he laughed a bit. Such a nice rock. True, maybe he was easily amused.. But he had been having issues lately. It was nice to be a little optimistic sometimes.
His tail flicked, and he curled his body on top of the rock, taking a nice long breath of air. Peace.
His eyes were almost closing, when he heard a soft voice. His finely tuned ears were perfect for the hearing things.. But he wasn't sure it hadn't been his imagination. After all..
Who else would be around?

Disneyana was quite enjoying her walk until she spotted up ahead the large overlooking rock that marked the edge of her little haven. It was at this rock where her roses stopped growing and the lush forest began, darker, cooler, and more frightening to her then the open meadow and growing wildflowers.
She stopped to take a drink but her eyes kept flicking to the rock, it seemed to her imagination that something...almost like dirt and moss had covered the rock. It seemed to be breathing as if it were some great...BEAST! Her mind cried out her longtime fear and she almost let out a yelp of terror, but she had grown out of her puppyhood fears and would not be intimidated by the first such notion that had popped into her head.
She stood frozen gazing at the rock and hoping that bravery was the wisest course of action in the face of the unknown.

Allah was a gentle soul, but he was strong, and he was not scared of the notion of someone walking into his haven. He would fight them if he had to. His eyes were cautious, and slowly he rose from the rock, and peered over, casting his golden gaze down upon the femme's sparkling blue pelt.
He cocked his head, whining a bit in greeting, and giving his tail a brief wag. He was okay with the female kind. He had never been hurt by one [obviously never met Twist], so he had no fear of the female persuasion. In fact, he saw them as princesses.
His tail wagged again, as he lept from the rock, his moss colored pelt gleaming in the light.
The river was sounding around him, but his gaze remained on the blue wolfess. Taking a moment to observe her before speaking, he looked her over. She had a rose like marking along her foreleg, and her head and ear seemed to house a moon type marking.. Least that's what he thought it was as he truly wanted to howl right now.
"Hello." He said, tail wagging again.

At the first sound she almost took off running, but slowly her heart calmed and she relaxed at the friendly wag of a tail. It was only another wolf and friendly seeming one at that. She hadn't really come across other wolves seeing as most preferred to inhabit the forest and not the lands that spread out openly around them. She understood why the open area was dangerous to them for often she had seen two leggers walking, running, and hunting the same prey she had hoped to make her own.
It would be nice to have someone to talk to besides herself and her roses, she felt very silly talking to flowers all the time. She let her gaze wander over him and smiled softly. "Hello...I'm sorry I mistook you for moving moss, you...surprised me." She flushed as she realized how foolish she probably sounded, moving moss? His coat was a lovely shade of earthy browns and soft mossy greens though. She moved a bit closer to the rivers edge and decided to overlook her own silly words and properly introduce herself. "I'm Disneyana...pleasure to meet you."

Moss, eh? Well that was a new one. He had heard his pelt reminded others of many things.. Though none were so specific as to say moss. He shrugged, and gave a quick smile.
"Nice to meet you Disneyana. My name is Allah."
He stretched a bit, his toes coming out in front of him and stretching as well. His maw opened in a mighty yawn, and he stood back up, proud and ready. He had been tired, and this was his chance for sleep.. But he was desperate for company, as his many travels had made him quite alone.
He would sacrifice sleep for company.. After all.. He could sleep when he was dead. His tail wagged a bit, and he almost gave a little whine.
"So what are you doing out here on such an incredibly amazing day?" He had no idea what this place was called..But he hoped the locals were all as friendly as this femme.
He could see himself talking to her for awhile.

"Allah..." She repeated softly and smiled "It's nice to meet another, I'm most often alone out here." She was always alone out there, but not anymore finally it seemed another had ventured out of the forests shelter and into the wide expanse that she called home.
"I live out here actually, everyday." She nodded and took another sip from the fresh clear water. "I made a den for myself not far from here down the river, I never see others...at least not other wolves." She gave a soft chuckle and blushed. "I'm afraid I mistook you for some sort of beast..."

A Beast? He scoffed a bit, giving some light laughter and shaking his head.
"Ma'am, I assure you I have little to no beast anywhere in my bones." He said smiling. And it was true for the most part. He was a sweet guy, who had seen too much of life.. But he was very territorial, as most wolves were.. So he didn't feel the need to release that bit of information to her just yet.
"Live out here, huh? Well it must be quiet, but it's so nice out here.. Why would it be so lonely? I forsee many wolf pups running at your heels."
He said, grinning and thinking about the life he could have had, had he stayed where he was from. But that life hadn't been for him.. He wasn't sure if he had changed in that mindset at all or not.

She laughed at his statement and nodded "Oh yes you seem much more a prince then a beast." She smiled. How interesting that another should come out here into an area where she most often saw the two legged ones then any wolves who ran on four. Indeed it was quiet here, her roses bloomed in the open sunshine and morning dew, it was odd for they seemed to bloom year round as if in this haven of hers the climate was always perfect for them.
"It's quiet enough, I think most wolves avoid it because it's so open. " She laughed and shook her head. "Pups? No I'm afraid not, it takes two to make that kind of trouble." She chuckled. "It would be nice if I could find someone willing to stick out here, I would hate to leave my roses, my den and enter the darkness of the forest."
She gazed over his shoulder to the border of the forest where the trees were still sparse and sunlight flooded in, she was sure there were lovely clearings in there, but she had never felt safe. In her den surrounded by her thorny flowers she felt safe.

Allah smiled, and looked at her roses, and stared the the beauty that lied within them.
"You know, I may not be a prince, but I daresay you have the prettiest roses I have ever seen. I don't think I've ever even noticed a rose with such a pink hue."
He wagged his tail and nodded to her. Oh he knew the whole family bit, but he also knew the price that came with traveling. When you traveled, you had no home to come back to, and no one was waiting with a warm tongue to lick your cheek and tell you they loved you.
"Oh it does take two, yes. But I cant imagine why someone as gorgeous as yourself.. Doesn't have an admirer somewhere. And the openness isn't so bad. I've traveled everywhere, and I can honestly say, that this is one of the most beautiful places I've run across."
He said, grinning and wagging his fluff of a tail again.

Disneyana smiled happily as he spoke of her roses, she was so proud of them some she had dug up with care and moved closer to her den and others had naturally bloomed. The thorns they possessed never seemed to disturb her and she found the scent always alluring.
"Thank You I love my home here, the roses are always in bloom, the weather seems most amiable in this area." She found her curiosity peaked now about this wolf and why he travelled alone and so far from what most wolves considered the safety of the forest.
"Theres no one around to admire me out here." She blushed and smiled. "Besides the roses make a far lovelier sight. It is beautiful out here but most wolves avoid this area, there are many two leggers who hunt here in the meadow."
She gazed out at the open plain that lay at the end of the river where a small clear pool formed. Her tail wagged at the sight, she was careful but held no fear of the two legged ones.

He growled only slightly at the thought of two-leggers. They had been why he had gone exploring in the first place.
He could deal with them living near him.. But living among them as he saw some do.. That was absurd.
"Well it's lovely to meet you, and your roses."
He said, giving a soft wag of his tail and smiling.
"So what do you do around here Disneyana?" He asked, beating his tail against the earth as he sat on his haunches.

"I spend most of the day pretty quiet, sometimes I take a long run or swim it helps with my pent up energy. Hunting is hard here though so most of the time I have to plan and orchestrate a way to get my meals. It's hard, but worth the silence and safety." She looked at him a moment uncertainly and then down at her paws. "I never feel safe in the forest, it's strange how much better I feel out in the open, I know I'm probably less safe in the open yet here I can see things coming."
She nodded softly and looked back up at him, it was hard for her to explain her fear of the darkness and shadows within the forest. When she ventured close to the tree line she always felt as if she were watched. She had seen wolves do terrible things to each other, fighting over land and such. Luckily she had found her solitude and while she paid the price of a lonely life she was calm at heart and mind.
"There are packs to the south of here I believe, were you heading towards them? I know most dislike being alone..." She tilted her head curiosity in her voice. She had contemplated visiting down with the packs and seeing if she could make a friend, but always she was held back by her fears. Besides maybe packs weren't welcoming at all perhaps they preferred to keep their own only.

He wagged his tail, giving a nod, and looking back at the female.
"I enjoy being alone, though it tends to have its downsides.." He looked at her with a blush.
"Much like love. You cannot find love if you are always alone..And love is one feeling everyone should feel."
His mossy green coat gleamed with the sun as his eyes looked into hers. "What of you Miss Disney? Do you have anyone to love?

She lifted her head, the moon colored patch on her face gleaming in the sunlight. As she watched him she felt her heart flutter, he was quite charming not some brute to fear.
"No, It's always been just me and my roses, when a wolf passes through it's not usually love on my mind..." She felt her face flush with heat, it was on her mind now, she wasn't afraid of this male like she had been with other passing wolves.
"I'm sure there are lots of things that take two, but I've always tried to make do." She smiled shyly. "It would be nice to know though..."
