Purizu sighed, now noticing how cold it was thanks to winter being over, when it was winter, it snowed, and snow was distracting, so the cold never bothered him. He looked around as he padded about, the grass felt funky too once snow melts. Eventually her came upon a frozen pond, lucky day!~
He padded over to it and looked at the ice, not thick enough to ice skate on, but... he'll find a way to enjoy it somehow. Purizu leaned his head and licked the ice, he always wondered what it tasted like anyway. It tastes... cold, ew. He pulled his head back so her could stop tasting the icky pond but couldn't... his tongue was stuck. ...Idiot. He mentally smacked his head. Now what...

Oh no, oh no! The snow was finally melting away from the land, spring soon to follow. Zaha frowned lightly as she took in the sights, missing her beloved blankets of cold white. But she was made for the snow, with thick fur set all year. What was she to do now, or when the weather got warmer? Tail twitching lightly, the ulaya padded aimlessly through the woods.
It was then she spotted the shiny surface of the lake, reflected brightly by the sun. Oh! There was still some ice there. Zaha made her way near the body of water, stopping along it's edge. A small movement caught her attention, and leaning forward abit, she discovered it was another ulaya. But what...was it doing? Hesitantly, Zaha approached the other.

Purizu's ears twitched and his eyes turned to see it was. "O-oh... why... hello... thar," he said funny as he could not speak to well with his tongue sticking out. Purizu's ears lowered as he mentally sighed, embarrassed that another had to see him like this, some one just plain seeing him was bad enough! Purizu wagged his tail a bit as he tried to get himself unstuck, but it was no use.
"Heh heh... mind if you... could give... a paw?" He asked, shuffling his front paws a bit as he still attempted to pull backwards without completely ripping his tongue off.

Blue eyes narrowed curiously before widening with shock. "Oh! You're stuck!" The female padded closer to the other, inspecting the situation. Yep, that tongue was glued on. Her ears quivered as she tried to guess how to help the poor stranger. "Um...okay, hold on." Slidding to her belly, Zaha crawled on the ice till she was near his muzzle. There she placed her glowy and extra furry paws in a half circle. "Let's see if this works." Carefully, she placed her own muzzle in the paws, bumping noses with the other as she sighed out her warm breath. Maybe with both their breathing and her paws, it'd be warmed enough to release the tongue.

Eventually Purizu's tongue was free again, he sat back up, blushing. "T-thanks..." He stammered, while looking down. "I'm P-purizu..." He introduced himself, his voice shaky and quiet as usual. "And you are?" He wanted to at least thank the Ulaya properly that had saved him from having to wait till the weather got warm. He looked up from time to time, trying to at least make some eye-contact. She's pretty... the only Ulaya that I know that glows besides... her. He thought of the eccentric and outgoing, but nice and well-intentioned, Farfalla.

Zaha smiled from her spot on the ground, not bothering to rush up just yet. "Your welcome. I'm just glad it worked." She peered down at her own paws gratefully bafore glancing to the other. "Purizu? I'm Zaha, nice to meet you." Her head tilted as the other ulaya would look away, peeking back for some brief moments. "Are..are you alright?" She hoped she wasn't intruding or anything, with how offstanding he was acting. Zaha glanced around blankly, wondering what was to be so skittish about.

"T-thats a nice name... Oh, no! I-i'm fine... I always act like this, nothing to worry about." Purizu shuffled his paws a bit, afraid that he'll never get over being so skitterish and jumpy to everyone and everything, to some he was a big sissy. "So... um... what do you think about spring?" I only like the flowers and the slight warmth is nice too, summer is icky.
Purizu's thought stopped for a moment, idiot, she's not going to know what your saying if your only going to think it. Purizu sighed, he liked this Ulaya, they were nice, yet why could he not stop giving off a vibe that said he felt awkward? The other Ulayas always then think they were doing something wrong, which they were not.

Zaha flitted her ears up and wagged her tail. "You think so? Thanks." She finally made to stand, sitting back with a nod to his explanation. So, he was just the jittery type? She could remember a time she had been like that too. It was a scary encounter, but she had gotten over it the best she could since. "Spring?" The ulaya blinked at the sky in thought. "Well, I do like all the colors. But otherwise I enjoy winter more."
Zaha shrugged lightly to her opinion. Purizu's sigh made her tilt her head with a light smile. "Heh, just take a deep breath. Like this." And she breathed in slow, then out slow. "It'll help calm the nerves.."

"Same, flowers are nice but snow is more mellow and calm, life isn't as buzzing as much." He decided to try her advice, he breathed in slowly, but when he breathed out he ended up laughing. "Sorry, I was just thinking of how stupid I must have looked with my tongue stuck to the ice, I could only envision little innocent kits doing that." Though they're are probably some Ulaya out there that would do it on purpose even though they know what would happen.

"Oh, I do like the snow. But sometimes it can get too quiet or empty. Not that I don't mind...just not for so long." She enjoyed just a hint of activity over boredom, though not as much as spring and summer. The random laugh took her by surprise, and Zaha gave him a curious stare. Did she miss something? "Well...it was abit...amusing." Zaha giggled shyly to admitting it. She had been worried at first, but once the other was okay, it was silly to look back at.

"So, um... what do you like to do?" Now Purizu was just asking the first thing at the top of his head, he wasn't very good at small talk. Purizu pawed a the grass, he would toy and fiddle around with it but it was too damp, hopefully it would dry sooner.

"Me? Well, I like to play in the snow. And nap, from time to time." She ducked bashfully, before glancing to the side. "And night times are fun, just because my glow lets me see the night life." It really was the simple things in life that made it entertaining. "And you?"

"Eat... sleep... eat some more... and sleep some more," Purizu wasn't really sure what he liked to do, "ummm... I like to... frolic and... eavesdrop?" Purizu liked to go on walks, he felt peace at mind, and eavesdropping was fun, he could participate in conversations without really being there, though it was kind of rude. Nyah~ I need hobbies...

Zaha giggled softly. "Yep, that sounds nice." She was very good at sleeping actually. But it did help with her energy whil awake. The ulaya tilted her head, mouth shaping a small o. "Eavesdropping? But doesn't that get you in trouble?" Though she could understand abit, with how Puri was shy.

"Yeah, as long as they don't know I'm fine though. I know it's rude and thats why I only listen to none-personal kind of stuff, usually if I do get discovered the other Ulaya had actually just met each other as well so I fit in fine," he wagged his tail a bit, "I would never eavesdrop on a conversation that might hurt someone if someone else knew."
