Is mouth to mouth kissing(no tongue) against the law of chastity?

Against the Law of chastity? No, however it says in For the Strength of Youth "do not do anything to arouse the powerful emotions that must be expressed only in marriage." So just kissing may not be, but one thing can lead to another, so just be carefull.

I don't think so... but here's my advice: If you ask yourself 'can I do it?' then you shouldn't

i dont think it is...but it can ingite emotions if you aint careful......
