knows, the co-charity
i owned phailed.
my partner broke
a gaia law, and her
account got banned.
she sent me a pm
from our mule, but
never responded
after i sent one back.
since i have zero time
and for other reasons,
i just decided to close
it down.
and...keep the gold.
so. this morning i had
6k. at one point of the
day i had almost 130k.
now, i have 1k.
apart from going on a
little shopping spree
[fresh grass skirt &
hat, grunny, commons,
etc.], i donated to a bunch of
other quests and charities
and random people and
stuff. more than 60k
went to other people.
so i was rich...and now i'm poor.
yaaay!
oh, well.
i've never been into
keeping gaia gold
for long.
rl, on the other hand...
i rarely spend it.
so, pee pee ess.

I'm actually pretty good at saving money and questing on Gaia.

I like to hold on to my money in both gaia, and irl. But, I am often saving up for something on gaia, so I will hold on to it for a sec, and then I'll spend it.
But otherwise, I'm a total tightwad. xDD

Gaia: I work up a pretty good amount of money, and then always end up going on huge common sprees. Really bad at questing. I think my biggest quest was my Dark Halo, back when they were like 60k or sommin. I'm sorta half-a** questing an Ancient Katana, but i'm not really trying yet. I haven't sold anything for it yet, so i don't consider it really questing. XD
Irl: Erm... I dunno anymore. I haven't really had money in a while, and pretty much everything i want that isn't a necessity, my boyfriend buys me. Generally i spend money like crazy, but now that i sort of don't have to i just save it to buy presents for people. >>
That sounds terrible.

Hrm. On gaia I'm able to save up, then use it, then save up again to the original amount.
But irl, I kinda can't not spend. Which is bad, because I waste money on impulse bought items. Buuuuuut, on the other hand, I sometimes think over buying something and question myself if it's worth it, do I need it, etc...

Hmm.... I tend to be so-so IRL and pretty good on Gaia. In real life, I get seized by sudden wants a lot, but as long as I'm not actually around a shopping mall at the time, I'm usually okay. On Gaia, my gold tends to accumulate without my noticing, so I'll go and spend it.... and then it does it again, lol...
My biggest quest was for the Angelic Scarf, when it was worth about 3mill. It took me nine long months to save up for it and then I got scammed, loosing about 2mill worth of items [and only not loosing about 700k, since I had haggled over the amount (or so I thought)]. I had 350k pure at the time that I had managed not to loose, so I just went to the shops and bought every single common that I had ever wanted. Then I bought my friends a couple of things [I bought my best friend a CoCo], and then spent the rest on monthly collectibles for me.
See above, heh. I've also gotten large donations while I was questing [one girl gave me 100k, and a guild gave me like almost 300k total] but of course, they all had to go to the quest. IRL, on my birthday I usually get anywheres from $50 - $100. I also get money sometimes from student loan, but that has to go towards school, so....

I cannot save gold. I've started to quest a lot of things, but I've never saved up more then 15k. I just always see something else and think, "Oh, this quest is pointless, it'll never happen." That's why I don't really have any expensive items, except the ones people donate to be. redface
In rl... Well, I have this thing where I like to have at least $40 stashed away somewhere at all times. This summer, though, I spent my money until I had, like, nothing. It's like, I never save up for anything, but I always just like to have the money.
I do get these sudden urges to buy random CDs though, and I've been spending a lot lately.
Well, Gaia or rl, I feel like I can never hold onto my cash, especially if something's on sale. xp

He destroyed my life...
I can save/make Gold easilly on here if I want to.
But in real life I am broke.
My mum takes all my money so she can feed her fat face.
And I spend most of my time at my boyfriend so I actually have food to eat.
(Plus I love being with my boyfriend 24/7)
Recently all the stuff that I have gotten has been from my ex (Sucker he is) and random cheap stuff from Charity shops.
As well as random people just giving me stuff. ^_^ (I am the kinda person people can't help giving me stuff. =D)
Now I will destroy him.

Uhm, well.. o_O
I like blowing money IRL but I usually forget about money here xD It just slowly accumulates o-o;
I donate to people alot when they ask, and if I have the gold, but otherwise it just sits there XD
My biggest quest was trying to obtain all the items I lost since I got banned .-.; I am still kinda on that quest.. I did get a good amount of them back, though 3nodding

The most i've ever had was about 60k. Then I went on a MC rampage, and bought a few of the cheep items. Then I just sell them when I don't want them, and buy more. xD

IRL, I don't spend my money a bunch. It just sits there, because I don't know what I want. And then I always pass on things I find out later that I really wanted. D: And I won't get anything unless it's not expensive. I always go to the clearance racks FIRST. =o=
Of course, on Gaia, I don't make much gold. :/ And I usually spend it on random stuff, I dunno. It's weird. D:
But I REALLY want to go on a quest and get a bunch of stuff I have wanted for a long time, so I think I might actually start a quest thread...>.>

on gaia, i've never had more than 50k at a time. i usually buy a couple expensive things, and before i know it, all my gold is gone. TwT
in real life, i don't spend my money much, unless i see something i REALLYREALLYREALLY want. O: and, like, the dark nerd, i always go to the clearance racks first. :B
