Zombies have neither the thought capacity to be either good or evil. They simply are. Animals relying only on instinct.

well as whjd had pointed out to me that there's more than one type of zombie. There's the virial genetic zombie that jewel is thinking of then there's the muten genetic zombie that you see as "bosses" like on silent hill and re. Finnally there's the appoctoliptic zombies like the ones you see poping up outa the ground. So the only ones that have a slim and I mean slim chance of being "good" are the last ones.

Yes, but the actual chance of anything but a Viral genetic zombie, is less then the chance of any thing but a Viral genetic zombie. Your "thinking" zombies are way more scientifically impossible, which is saying something since scientists insist that any form of zombie is scientifically impossible.

that very may well be but they said the Titanic was unsinkable so the possibility of a "smart" zombie is still a threat. You always need to consider the possablity of such a zombie and take confort in knowing that you prepared for every thing and now your fortress is many things but absolute

Well, my friend seems to think that if zombies have been regenerated enough to think that over time they would realize that they are eating people and switch off to animals, or just flip out and starve but then you'd still have to deal with the ones that don't mind that they are eating fellow human beings, and all the new zombies that would form from that...Or you'd have groups/clans of zombies that roam around looking for humans....It's a whole different ball park. But i'm content to just be prepared for a "normal" zombie out break and play it by ear from there on out.

I believe that jewel is talking about an actual run of the mill zombie attack in which her golf clubs will get a good work out
