"If life sucked then, why act it out again?" I'm always hearing this. Life didn't suck though, in fact sometimes a peasant from the middle ages, or an American Civil War Union Solder might have healthier teeth (do to grit in bread) than an average modern person. war were fewer and further between, and life was more relaxed and predictable. Life didn't suck!

Just because a few matters were what you call better, doesn't mean that life didn't suck back then. Not to mention saying somthing sucks is relative. Some people don't like life to be predictible and who says I'm not relaxed or whoever said the information you posted isn't relaxed. They may still believe that living back then is much worse then living now. And heck, if our teeth are ever that bad we'll just pay someone to make them better. 21st century. So life may not have sucked to you, but to lots of other people it was the worst.... WHATTHAFXUP?

Technically, no-one can make our teeth better, because the idea of flat teeth scare most normal people.

Grit in bread grinds down teeth to a flat surface, and this gives plaque little to nothing to hang on to.
