I don't know about anyone else but when I finish a book I like to be able to tell someone that i read it, comment on it, and maybe mention what I'm reading next. I suppose everyone doesn't read King constantly, so this can be a thread for you to say what you're reading or have just finished, whatever it is, and what you thought about it. It's not for lengthy discussion, but you get get what I mean. Have fun.
P.S. I think everyone should be able to post and discuss in here, so please do not post spoilers at all. If you want to discuss the ending of a book, make a thread for that book or do it over PM's. Even spoilers in white font with a warning before them are too risky. You wouldn't want to accidentaly highlight it and have that book ruined forever. So please, be considerate and just follow that one rule. Thanks.

'Spose I'll make the first post, then. I'm reading Four Past Midnight currently. I've finished The Langoliers and Secret Window, Secret Garden, and am about half way through The Library Policeman. I've loved them all so far. Secret Window was better than the movie, which I tragically saw first. The Langoliers actually freaked me out and gave me the creeps. The Library Policeman is just getting really good.

I just finished Black House and was very captivated by its present tense story line. The only other time I've seen King write that way was in the Dark Half, which I also loved. I am now currently reading IT, due to a promise to myself that I would get around to it, and it isn't that bad. I plan on reading Skeleton Crew afterwards because "The Mist" has something to do with the Tower.

Oh Black House was really good. I loved Henry Leyden. It was a little boring at parts. I don't get into all that description of the environment, I guess. I assumed that was Straub's doing. No fault in it; it just bores me.
I didn't like The Mist. At all. It was boring and pointless and not scary or entertaining, in my opinion. I don't like to be the one person on earth who didn't like it, but I guess I am.

It actually had a plot in the Tower saga. Just wikipedia The Dark Tower series, (you'll see a little arch. about it,) since there aren't any spoilers allowed. xD

The Lunatic On The Grass Misery080 I am currently reading Lisey's Story but i cant get into it for some reason Yeah I've heard that a lot about Lisey's Story. Makes me reluctant to read it. It's actually really good once you get farther in the book. I wouldn't consider it King's usual style tho.

The last SK book I read was Lisey's Story, about 3 months before it was publicly released...
I'm on a break for now (Still recovering from reading all 7 Dark Towers back to back @_@), tho' there are still a few books I haven't read, until Duma Key. Being an artist myself, I'm particularly excited for it :3

After "Black House" I intended to read the "Dark Tower" series, but a friend loaned me his "Wheel of Time" series. I got lost in that through the latest. Then I got Eragon as a gift, after which I got Eldest as a gift. I'm finishing that one up, after which I'll be available to read "The Talisman" before going on to the "Dark Tower" series. Obviously I've gotten addicted to series. I am a King fan in the highest, but I'll have to hit everything "Lord of the Rings" one day. Already got Harry Potter out of the way. I really need to go for it and read all things SK, because most if not all are connected. wink

Currently, I'm not reading any of his books. The last one I finished was probably Cell. It was either that or IT, I don't remember exactly. I want to buy another one so I can read some more of his work. I have so much to catch up on but my favorite will always be The Shining.
