when do they tell you they've started making your doll? DX I ordered my luke on Dec 30, and no updates, but I also don't know where to find them... all I know is they've received payment for him. :/

Well I do not know for sure, but my guess is when you can not press the "Cancel Order" button anymore.
lol today is the day it has been 7 weeks since I have ordered him and still no news of shipping D:

I believe when I ordered from them, I ended up bugging them, and sending them an Email asking about my doll, and they said they were working on hi, and a few days later I got the shipping. xD
I heard it from someone else, so I tried, and it worked.
But that was before the major event, and release of the DOIs and such.
But maybe email them about it.
