high school football is only there so people have an exuse to see the band with out a concert playing and my schools football team sucks anyway what do you think?

i love football games! espically the far away ones, cause you get to have good times with your friends! and have lots of fun! and get hyper, and your doing the things you love.......(band, friends, ect.) lol

our football team sucks, and our band hasnt loss a competition yet. but our football team gets glamour shots paid for by the school, and the band has to pay for everything themselves

The football team gets like $10k while the other sports get squat!. And then there's this stupid ESPN thing. They're taping the practices for crying out loud! And supposedly they're going to film everyone during the games. This should be interesting ( as if the people involved with football weren't jerky enough as it is [no offense to anyone for this is based on my school])

Our football team isn't horribly bad. They're actually pretty good! xd But I still think most people go because of the band...and not the stupid pom squad (the closest thing we have to cheerleaders rolleyes )

I don't care for the football players at our school because they are always getting anything they want whereas the band has to fundraise to get what they want.

our football team sucks. so whenever the other team punts the ball or goes for a field goal we do a drumroll and when they kick the ball we CLASH! the symbols.

our football team hasnt won a single game... and we usually lose...52 to 2... yeah...

Ours is halfway decent, but everyone comes to see the band. Besides, we busted our butts to get our show together. We''re no Nacho Band.

our football team is pretty decent and the crowd is pretty much made out of friends and family of guys on the team, but they just sit there most of the time. our band does a better job of getting the people in the stands up than the cheerleaders. the band section is the loudest in the stadium (even when we're not playing) people always tell us how they liked our halftime show, but you here more about either the game itself or what the band did during the game (we got on the front page of our paper when some of our leadership did the apache dance at homecoming)

i love fb games...however, our team might suck this year (all the good players graduated last year) but this is my first year in the band, so i'm looking to it! execpt wen it gets cold, becasue the color gaurd (which i'm in) are wearing lotr outfits - we're elves...one piece, one shoulder crushed velvet (white) with gold and silver...barefoot...but it's going to be great, because though our town is small and fb - oriented, they LOVE the band...they really suport it...dancing, cheering, watching half time and clapping really loudly!

I'm looking forward to the football games - maybe I'll actually see our team win this year! (We won one game last year, and I wasn't there. x.x) Our team sucks, but everyone comes out to support them anyway. No one comes to see the band though, 'cause we don't march and go out on the field, we just sit in the stands. But we always get mentioned by the announcers and get some applause, so that's good. I'm not there to entertain people, anyway. I'm there to have fun with my friends. ^^
