Zen sighed, petting Koori who was happil sitting in his lap, licking his other hand. Armageddon was still in the E.R. struggling and giving Joy a hard time it seemed. He sure was a fighter.
Zen chuckled, giving Koori a pat on the head. Poor baby was probably worried about her daddy.
Koori looked up at Zen, her big, different colored eyes almost puppy-dog like. Something she had gotten from Daddy when he begged. "Vee..." She whined, nuzzling into Zen's lap.
Zen gave her a sad smile, rubbing her head. "He's gonna be okay." He told her, rubbing her behind the ears. He loked up to see if he could find Piney in the center. Twilight would not only have a scar on her back most likely, but probably some emotional hurt as well. And Zen still couldn't figure out if he hould tell Piney why or not.
HE gave another sigh, lookin at the ceiling. "Bloody Hell..."

Piney emerged from another room, with Daybreak trailing behind. She saw Zen sitting on a nearby chair... with an Eevee?
"Squee! So cute! I didn't know you had an Eevee!" She squealed and rushed over to scratch the little Pokemon behind the ears. "By the way, Nurse Joy said that both of them will be alright. A rest from battling would be good for them though."
She mussed up the Eevee's hair, cooing. "What's your name girlie?"
Daybreak didn't allow any emotion to show through her face. If she went up to Koori and cuddled her... she would definetly suspect something.
Instead, she just sat next to Piney and flicked her tail in a greeting.
"*Don't. Do. Anything.*"

"All right, I'll thell that goof." Zen said, laughing at Piney's antics. But, his mind nagged him to tell her the truth. He told it to STFU and got up.
"Her name's Koori. She...appeared in my house one day, sleeping." He said distantly, walking over into the E.R. and picking up Armageddon, left the room.
"Ugh, you're a lug, ya know that?" He asked Armageeddon, plaing him onto the floor by his feet.
Armageddon snorted, nuzzling his head into Zen's lap.He looked at Daybreak, giving her a slight wink. Then glared at her. Keeping up that same old charade.
"Vee!' Koori squealed, licking Piney's hand. Was this Mommy and Twili's trainer? Sure seemed like it. After a bit more licking, she turned her head to Daybreak.
*"Yes mommy."* She said, slightly pouting. She then turned back to Piney, and resumed taking the luff.
"So, interesting battle, eh?" Zen asked, sighing. "Sorry 'bout what the lug did to Twilight. Hopefully that won't leave to big of a scar."

"Oh? She was sleeping? Poor thing must have been abandoned." Piney smiled at turned around at the sight of Twilight padding towards her.
Ruffling her fur, she gave Armageddon a smile too. "It's no big deal. Twilight suffered a loss from a Delibird the other day. Two Aerial Aces and a Quick attack left a dent in her. He didn't do much other than reopen the wound.
And too bad they still hate each other. Haha."
Twilight purred when she was rubbed by Piney, and spotted her sister, Koori. Letting out and energetic squeal, she pounced on her and her father at the same time.
Daybreak mentally banged her head against the wall. Was Twilight the only one that didn't understand anything?
"*TWILIGHT! Don't do that or else!*"
"Uh..." Piney watched as the Absol jumped on Koori and Armageddon and got off as soon as Daybreak gave her a harsh look.
"Do they know each other?"

"Yeah, but you know, I'm a breeder and all. So I guess apperance over ability is my mind set." Zen laughed, scrathing Koori behind the ears.
"Yeah, it really is too bad..." Zen muttered, looking off to the side. He hated lying! But, that was his conscience again.
Koori was delighted to see Twilight, and equally happy to be glomped by her. But, Mommy got mad. She pouted again, looking at Daybreak with those eyes she had gotten from Armageddon.
Armageddon wanted to faceplam right now. Had he acted that way as a pup? He hoped not.
"*Later Twilight, once these two get distracted, m'kay?*" He told her, then looked up at zen, giving a toothy smirk.
Zen gulped, and looked at Armageddon and Koori. Crap! She couldn't find out now!
"Uh...well maybe she's just so happy? And, Koori's probably around the same age as Twilight, so it makes sense kind of. If you think about it." He rambled, waving his hands dramatically.
"As for why she glomped Armageddon, er...I guess that's just her way of saying 'great battle'?" He chuckled nervously. All of a sudden, he wanted to leave the center.

"Ooh! So Koori and Twilight can be playmates?" Piney laughed nervously. "She's just a puppy, I think, so it's good for her to have friends around her age."
Scratching Daybreak behind the ear, without noticing what Zen's Pokemon were doing, she shrugged. "Twilight's so different from Daybreak in many ways... I doubt she would've done something like that with him, even today."
Twitching her tail from the scratching she was given, Daybreak scoffed at her officer's words. "*That is true.*"
Whimpering slightly, Twilight curled her tail around herself, waiting for the time she can glomp daddy and Koori again.
"So... What do you think you'll evolve your Eevee into?" Piney asked, changing the topic. "Maybe another Espeon? Hah!"

"Heh, maybe. But I'm leaning more towards a Glaceon, to remind me of Snowpoint." He said, watching Koori go over to Twilight.
"Say, you wanna go out for coffee, or something? It's kinda getting stuffy in here." He asked nervously, tugging at his collar.
Armageddon gave a soft growl of content at the petting, and looked over at Daybreak with raised eyebrows. "*Oh, that's not the way you acted about a month ago.*"
Koori padded over to Twilight, nudging her tail with her nose.
"*We can play, you know.*" She chirped, lying in front of her. "*Just not act like we're related, okay?*"
