Of course, this awesome game needs it's own thread. It's been one of my favorites for quite awhile. ;D
I know all of you are big SetzerXLunar fans, fufufu.
I want to know what you think about this game though, for real. :']
I loved like... ALL of the characters, (besides Terra biggrin ) and the plot was... well, spectacular. Not to mention, Kefka pwns Sephy by like, a million. :]

I haven't played the game unfortunately (but it's on both my and my brother's games-to-play list) but I do know that Kefka (from other gamers) is the most awesomest of bad guys. xd And when I first saw Locke (like, the FMV rendered one) me and my brother were like, "he looks cool." xd And Celes looks pretty. whee

VI was great. With the only real complaint being the combat being a bit slow in the early parts of the game [when mostly you only have Terra and Locke and Edgar.] but once the story gets kicking the game play gets pretty intense, especially in boss fights.
The only other problem was the intensive random encounters, especially in the final dungeon. Besides that though, the game was excellent, with a great plot and one of the best villains in any video game.
I personally would like to see this game be revived in a fully fledged remake. It just had such artistic quality, and well written dialog. I believe that may actually happen, sometime in the near future, for Nomura did express interest in returning to the world of VI, seeing as how there isn't an exact room for a direct sequel, a remake seems pretty probable.

Yes, but it seems that an IV remake seems more probable. D: I mean, I'm only saying that because they DID redesign those characters in better graphics, but I'm not sure of what the information behind that story is.
That doesn't bother me though, because IV is also a favorite of mine, that I'd love to see re-made. heart
Yeah, some parts were kinda slow, I agree with the random encounters bit as well. It was minor flaw, though, something I got over quite easily. x]

IV is getting remade, for the DS. Not sure if they'll ever remake it again [I think the DS remake gives it justice, but that's just me.] So who knows what will happen to VI, I can see it following the same path if V gets remade as well.
