Here's a Drifblim moveset I've been toying with. I know it's pretty similar to other Drifblim sets, but I wanna know what you guys think anyway.
Drifblim @ Chesto Berry Modest, Unburden EVs: 252 HP, 252 Sp. Atk, 6 Spd
Rest Baton Pass Shadow Ball/Charge Beam/Silver Wind Shadow Ball/Charge Beam/Silver Wind
Swing and swing and swing with the stat-raising attack, whichever you choose. When he's hurt enough, Rest and the Chesto Berry wakes him up and sets off Unburden. Swing some more and pass the stat raises (including Speed, which is guaranteed) when he's done. Hopefully the high HP base stat should let him absorb some damage. Switch in on Normal and Ground attacks for added survivability.
P.S. Not sure if Unburden's stat increase is Drifblim-exclusive or not. Correct me if it is.

Unburden is an ability only Drifloon and Drifblim can obtain.
Driftblim @ Petaya Berry Ability: Unburden Nature: Modest Evs: 228 Sp.ATK / 128 DEF / 24 Sp.DEF / 128 Speed
Calm Mind Shadow Ball Thunderbolt Hypnosis
The basic idea of this set is easy to understand. Put something to sleep, Calm Mind up as much as possible, and hope luck is somewhat on your side. If all goes well, Petaya Berry + Unburden will kick in. This will take your Sp.ATK to atleast 450 and your speed to 456 (enough to outspeed Adamant CScarf Garchomp). From there, sweep away.

Driftblim @ Petaya Berry Ability: Unburden Nature: Modest Evs: 228 Sp.ATK / 24 DEF / 128 Sp.DEF / 128 Speed
Charge Beam Shadow Ball Will-O-Wisp Hypnosis
Much like the first set, but with the DEF and Sp.DEF Evs swapped. Why? Because of Will-O-Wisp. This is the Double-Status version of Drifblim. Calm Mind + Thunderbolt were replaced with the much less powerful (but potentially deadlier) Charge Beam. Hypnosis + WoW allow you to attempt to Charge Beam up further.

If Petaya Berry were replaced with Salac Berry, what else could it outspeed?

Couldn't say it would be the fastest pokemon alive (I mean we are talking about a Drifblim afterall) but i'd imagine with the boost from the Salac Berry, it could outspeed a decent number of pokes.

Yeah. Also don't expect Drifblim to sweep out a whole team. There is bound to be a Metagross with Bullet Punch to take off the last bit of your HP.

I've just recently trained up a Drifblim.
Modest - Aftermath(I didn't care about it's nature and it's saved me a couple of times) Sitrus Berry
Thunder Wave Calm Mind Shadow Ball Baton Bass
252 EVs for HP and Sp.Attack
It's a Support Pokemon It can usually hold off against strong attacks, but if a critical hit comes along, it's buggered.

Choatic-Magic's set looks good, quite similar to a set I've met on Shoddy.
