kienpachi watches the village down bellow as he sees villagers walk arround without a sense of purpose, a sense of existence as he look up above and notices why the rain always fall in this pitifull village maybe because it weeps for them as kienpachi watches from above.

A image of Neoshin Hyuuga would pass through the end of the forest he traveled through making him now enter the area of the Akatuski base. His view could be seen easily but something was amiss. He had a small scroll in his hand and he would stand with his arms crossed waiting for a certain someone to arrive. "I know she'll be here, then i'll have my time to explain my future plans." He of course had his hopes up to meet Izzy here, he had some things he would like to say.

izzy's appear in the shadows
"you rang?"
her form walks out of the pitch black shadows but keeps mind to stay out of the neon light's rays.

Neoshin takes one step forward and looks her in the eyes making his statement. "I've been looking for you for some time, its been a long time sense I was last in the Akatsuki. But I have not come here rejoin if that idea was in your head. I've come to issue a challenge. Me and you 3 days from now in a fight to the death.... it may not occur to you but when I was in this organization you made me your guinee pig. You made me do your own missions as a test to see if i'd survive or not, and just so you know I don't appreciate that. So either you take my challenge or I kill you right here and now. And believe me i'm well prepared to take you on any time."
He'd take the scroll in his hand and throw it to her feet while putting his hands back into his pockets. "This scroll is going to be used to perserve some of your blood when I finish you off. Its a little experiment I have started on so what best way to start then with some vampire blood don't you think."

Izzy looks down at the scroll and smirks,
"you know you were my favorite guinee pig. such promise i saw in you and yet you went and broke my black heart by sideing with some wimps in diapers!"
her eyes blaze blacker then night as her hiss turns into a laugh that echo'ed through the alley ways
"O im going to have fun making you bleed and taking your chakra. After you surrender from our lil 'quarrel' I shall allow my bats to nibble at you away until your scrap meat. Your not worthy to become a bat- your barely enough for their food"
her bats laugh with her as they hang from the pipes, not affected by the light at all as they watched the conversation.
"Ill have great fun with you in three days- but your an idiot after all this time-"
she paused and sighed then in her most bittersweet voice:
"you neglected the where of the fight."

His frown turns into a smile as he flicks his nose and turns around showing his back to her. "Heh, i'd rather be scrap than be your favorite. But don;'t worry about where the fight is... because either way it goes, it all change once i'm slapping you around like a 2 dollar hooker." The Neoshin before her poofs in a cloud smoke only being a shadow clone for safety as the real Neo is out in the forest not to far from there speaking out in a echoing voice. "We'll see who's the idiot in three days." The voice fades and a kunai comes flying out of the trees heading towards one of her bats as Neoshin makes his way back to where he came from.

the bat poofs into an izzy clone and catches the kunai with its bare teeth before growling.
"hm, two dollar hooker...wonder if he was refering to his mama...."

thirteen years later kienpachi stared at the top of the village as he watched over the area as he sits down knowing that his goal is almost in his grasp "once I destroy this world we shall create a new world commanded by the new god who will shall become law".

kienpachi sits on a top of the statue as he sees the village raining as he calmly sits down and watches the rain "I always like being here when this place is empty" some of the rain fell on his face as it looked almost for an instant that he might be crying.

Cody takes out a notebook and a pen and then jumps down into the village, collecting a cenus of the town. Then he leaves town to search the landscape for people who werent in town. Then heads to Izzy's office.
