Tanoru was strolling as he usually did in the boring old Snowdrop mountains, looking for more of its beautiful female inhabitants to occupy himself with. His little itoku Feng was trotting along with him, calm as he usually never was. As soon as Tanoru begun hitting on the ladies, Feng would attack him and rip out his beautiful coat.
Sighing, Tanoru glanced behind him at the ever so little creature. How could something so small cause so much trouble? Why couldn't Feng be like his brother, Fred?
Ahead of the two, Tanny and Feng could see a clearing. There were a few trees with snow covering them, like frosting on a cake. It seemed pretty much empty, no ladies here! Tanoru thought. Unless they're hiding... he couldn't help but wonder. But, who would hide from him?!? He was so attractive. (( xd ))

Koorie slowly had made her way down from the mountain's peek to forage for feed for the next week. She never came down for more than a day, and the second she saw trees, she walked towards them, hoping to find something decent that would hold out over the next week or so.
It was rather sunny now, and the snow was bright around her. Her red eyes glanced back to the mountains just as a low cloud passed through them. She'd chosen the right time to go down; it was never fun going through clouds while trying to climb. Her ice wings fluttered a bit, the rested against her sides as she continued her foraging.

From the clearing, Tanoru could see a lot. He could see the entire mountains up in the sky. As he glanced around, he couldn't see anything interesting, until he spotted something. It was colored just like the snow, so it blended in extremely well. Was it a minya? It had to be. He stayed down low so that it couldn't see him in case it was dangerous.
As it grew closer and closer, he could make out the unmistakable charming silhouette of a female minya. It was STUNNING. It had the most beautiful wings and hair that reminded him of flowing water. She looked a bit odd in this quiet and peaceful place; maybe she was coming from the mountains. Tanny decided to stay his ground in case she was dangerously powerful, but he couldn't help but resist the tempation of jumping out and flirting with her.

Koorie saw the male, but payed no attention to him. He was keeping his distance, and that was good enough for her. She wasn't in a talkative mood, which was normal, and she certainly wasn't in the mood to deal with a male.
In silence, she continued on with her search for something decent to eat. She felt a shiver to through her as the sun warmed her fur.

The female had noticed him, he was for sure. She just hadn't made any approach. Was he doing something wrong? He hated being rejected!
"Feng, stay here!" he commanded. "Or just, walk around." he added, tryng to sound nicer. Forgetting all of his precautions, he jumped out into the open and with a quick step he walked up to the mysterious female. She was gorgeus up close. The moment he saw her beautiful face, he froze in panic. He wondered if maybe he had been too abrupt in approaching her like that. Well, too late now, what's done was done and there was no turning back now.

Koorie mentally groaned to herself; the male had decided to come up to her; not something she needed at the moment. Her eyes glared at him coldly, and her voice was icy and to the point. "Can I help you, or will you remove yourself from my path?"
'Please don't let him be another one of those males only interested in a mating session. I swear if he is....' Her thoughts trailed off, and she continued to watch the male.

"Why yes I can." he sweetly suggested, glad that the female had even spoken to him. She had a cold icy glare that shook his bones. "I was wondering if you wanted to maybe speak to me for a bit? And maybe we can even become friends." he said, chuckling to himself.
He was sure that if she said no he would have to use his merciless flirts towards her, and those never ended up well! He just waited for the gorgeus cutie to smile, or maybe even just feel shocked at his strange ways of communication. He felt that maybe he was thinking too much, and he should just go with the flow.

"Not even on your death bed." That said, Koorie turned and walked around him, not caring if she seemed cross or stuck up; she just didn't like socializing. She was, however, very relieved that is wasn't another suitor, heavens know how she'd react to having someone ELSE trying to get into her cave. There was a reason she liked living at the peek of the mountains, and that was that no one else dared to travel there.

Tanoru wouldnt stand at defeat. For a glimpse, he just stood there like a dead ant, squashed by the feet of a massive elephant. But a very, very beautiful elephant. He wouldn't let her get away!
He sprinted ahead of her and stood once again in her way. "I'm not leaving until you at least give me a fair chance at talking into your heart!" he stated boldy, staring deep into her beautiful but cold eyes. "You're so beautiful," he whispered, leaning in at her. Hopefully she would take his bait and at least say thank you before continuing on her lonely road.

Koorie frowned as her path was once again blocked by the male. "Beauty is only in the eyes of the beholder. And don't waist your time, I have no heart." She continued to walk around him once again. This male WAS another suitor, great, just what she needed right now....

Tanoru was left behind once again. He ran up in front of her and stood in her path all over again. "But you must surely have a heart if you are able to speak such beautiful words!" he persisted. He looked deep into her eyes, trying to find a soft spot in them.
"My name is Tanoru." he softly said. "And I'd really, really love it if we just had lunch together. Its not safe out the way you're going. There will be many males wanted to have a bit of you, and only I could keep them off you!" he claimed, hoping that the lovely stranger would let him escort her.

Koorie's eyes held nothing that could even resemble being soft. "Must you continue getting in my way? Is this just some sort of game to you?" She was beginning to get very irritated now. This male clearly wasn't giving up.
"And I can take care of myself, I don't need the help of the likes of you. I live alone, that that's how it will remain."

Tanoru gasped. It was as if a knife had been stuck through his heart. Ah well, time to give up on this cold fish, he thought to himself. He closed his eyes and silently sulked back from where he had instructed Feng to wait. His paws sunk deep into the snow. This painful encounter had been the cherry on top of an ice cream.
He heard a noise. Ignoring it, he continued on his way. The noise came closer and closer, it was some kind of high-pitched aggressive noise. Tanoru recognised it instantly. "FENG!" he shouted. The itoku was jumping full speed towards him. He was expecting the fiesty creature to attack him but it jumped right past him and headed towards the cold-hearted female.
"FENG NO! WHAT ARE YOU DOING!?!" he called behind him.
Feng just continued hopping, completely ignoring his master's calls. The female wasn't going too fast, so he was able to catch up to her pretty quickly. He pounced on top of her fluffy tail, and with a squeaky roar he dug his teeth into her fur.

Koorie snarled and growled out in pain. Quickly, she turned her body, whipping her tail to slam the annoying Itoku into a tree. "Get OFF of me." She snarled, her teeth bared. She was about ready to attack the small creature back. She was certainly not in a good mood now.
