Her dress has a lot more detail on the top than on the bottom, but she changes dresses throughout the movie, so if one little thing is off it's not the end of the world. I actually think the three pictures I have here are three different dresses, so you can mix and match details a bit. The biggest part is her dresses are all very victorian, long skirts, corsets, and low bust lines.

Eyes: Dark brown, ringed with heavy redish brown eyeshadow.
Base: very, very pale flesh toned
