Resolutions: 1. Almost no dairy. I'm under the impression its the worst thing a free-runner can put in their body, it really doesn't help in general. Aaaaaaand I'm lactose intolerant, so having been eating large amounts everyday for a few years is bad. 2. Less pop. 3. New energy.
Edit-I probably won't be online in fourty-seven odd minutes, so an early "Happy New Year" to you all.

Dairy isn't the best, but make sure you're taking calcium supplements instead. Anyway, I don't do the whole "resolutions" thing. I don't even really like the whole "let's get shitfaced because yet another year has passed and we haven't managed to die a gruesome death yet! Oh, and bring some confetti." I ******** hate confetti. It gets everywhere. I spent New Year's Eve with my shitfaced Korean friend, while I pretended to be shitfaced to make sure she didn't do anything she would later regret. She failed to notice that I carried around a grand total of two drinks all night. Yeah, New Year's was a blast for me.

Quote: I ******** hate confetti. It gets everywhere. ESPECIALLY the glittery kind. crying I'm trying the resolution thing again, though it doesn't usually work out. This was the first New Years in about seven years that wasn't either very rough or hard on me, so I'm feeling really regenerated for once. 1. Get into shape, get healthy 2. Work on empathy to reduce stress 3. Work on website 4. Find out more about myself

I don't do the yearly resolution thing, I just prefer to work on my life regardless of the date. xp Dorian Requiem Resolutions: 1. Almost no dairy. If you manage to get dairy out of your diet completely, you'll feel a lot better. I can't have it either. sweatdrop

Moonlit Jade I don't do the yearly resolution thing, I just prefer to work on my life regardless of the date. xp Same. I just got back from Xtreme winter conference. It was awesome! Xtreme is basically a set of Christian concerts and speakers. If you didn't already know, I am indeed a Christian and loving it. Chill, I wont try and convert you guys. Everybody has their beliefs and I don't want to risk making enemies here. I need the information you all can provide here for my studies. Now that that's out of the way, happy new year everyone! M/ ^_^ M/

I'm going to get back into serious psychic practice.
I've been super-motivated by the New Year's Eve party I attended with my friends. stare

@ Fluffysteel2: Lawlz to number 1. xDDD
I don't have resolutions, just my regular goals for the whole year of 08 (I geuss that's resolutions...) My goals: 1.Practice magic(k) 2.Work on healing magic(k) 3.Get a boyfriend. 4.Clean my old life up out of my closet, it's started to smell. (Note: Aki's old life was murdered, she has no life.)
That's about it. .-. I have other secret goals that you can't hear! D:<

@Moonlit and Dras- I'm not necissarily a freerunner, I've had some martial arts training (rolling the proper way included). My friend is one, and after being shown what they do it wasn't too different then what I normally do to get around, so I looked into it and found some interesting advice (years ago from a different friend) Those were convienent resolutions that came around the holidays whether I'm happy about them or not. Never actually made them before so I thought, "why not?", heh. Plug time for sites I haven't visited in along time. http://urbanfreeflow.com/http://www.americanparkour.com/parkour.com got closed down...aww. Anyways, its there if you want. (I left out the Canadian city specific ones) enjoy. google helps too. Edit-Magic is about making things happen, it takes commitment, and alot of people think a healthy body/lifestyle helps. Sooo, getting into parkour shouldn't be too abstract in ideology, and besides, who doesn't want to run up a wall?
