Alright, listen up. I'm making this for new players that join can post ask on anything they may need help with. I also want you all to post advice for newbies. Got it? Good.

My advice would be for new players to buy a premade deck and look through it. Some are really good, some are just kinda.. meh. If you can find one of the starter boxes, get that and it should come with some things to help you learn. Secondly I advise getting someone to play against, either in real life or find a friend you trust online that plays and look into getting Apprentice. Apprentice is a program designed to let people play against each other online and is more for teaching people the game or just having fun instead of those hardcore gamers out there.

It would depend. Do you live in the US or somewhere else?

Bagged and Boarded carries them, as well as hosts tournaments, at least all the one's I've been to on the east coast have.
Also, Gamestop and EBGames and Games Workshop has carried them before, but only about eighty percent of the ones I've visited on the East Coast have them, same for the tournaments.

I suggest before making a trip to the above stores in your area checking their websites.

Or if you don't mind very generic companies in the US I've run across them at: Target, Meijers, Walgreens (very scarcely), and Walmart.
