Lakota let out a large yawn that faded into a roar as he woke. The Wolf printed lion pawed out of a make shift den and onto the savanah. He smiled and started walking toward a lake infront of him. Today was pretty nice, slightly cool but nice.
Lakota was always one to be dominate infact that is what his life reloved around. He had to be incharge, anyone had a problem with it... to bad. He could be sweet and loving but to most he did not know he was slightly mean and cold.
He flopped down on the rivers edged and smiled.

Kione slipped through the brush toward the lake. The ocelot lioness was dreadfully thirsty and she had been lost for a few days. Oh how she had wished to be back home!
As she neared the water she about jumped into it...were it not for the large male near to the edge! She gave out a slight cry standing in plain view of the male toward his left. She tried to keep quiet looking away from him.

Lakota blinked as a female came into view. She was quite pretty too. He bowed but then pulled himself up into a dominate postion and walked over pacing around her. "Well who are you darling? You seem lost, wandering into strange males territorys." He grinned and wraped his tail around his leg. He let out a slightl chuckle and stood in one place after a while

Kione heard herself give a low whine as she crouched low in a submissive stance. Y-You're territory?! Oh dear, I didn't mean to intrude! She continued to bow toward him for apology. I was just...I know it's no excuse, I had been traveling and got lost... The ocelot shaman looked around trying to find an escape.

Lakota blinked for a moment. "How are you talking in my head?" He asked with a confused look but then sat down infront of her. "Thats ok though, perfectly fine with me." He gave a warm smile even though his posture was high and mighty. "What is your name beautiful one?" He asked, he liked her pretty and submissive..

I apologize if you're not used to this... She cleared her voice. "I will...try to use my voice." It was low and petite, but dry from days of travel. "I'm a shaman for my pride, so I have the ability of mind speech..." Her tail flicked gently as she looked up into his eyes. "May I get some water?" She pleaded gently.

"Don't worry about it, you can talk like that if you wish." He smiled and nodded. "Shaman huh I'm not must of a prideperson." He rolled his eyes and let out a very low growl. "I never got your name." He said.

She gave a low whine bowing even lower. Forgive me! I didn't mean my blunder. My name is Kione... The ocelot girl gave a slight whine, her tail between her legs as she began to shake gently. Please forgive me for my mistake, Lord Lakota! Her stomach was now fully on the grasses.

"No lord please, and calm down. I will not hurt you. You can relax... Wait.. How did you know my name?" He gave a weird look for a moment but ended up laughing. "Oh yeah Shamen." He smiled. "Your not that bad Kione and if I didn't like you, you would still not have to worry, I to not hurt females."

"Oh..." Kione stood up a little, but kept lower. Slinking her way to the lake, she lowered her maws to the water and drank, her tail slightly tucked between her legs. Taking her fill of the water, she turned to Lakota and bowed. Thank you again, for the water. You're...quite ok yourself, Lakota.

Lakota nodded and smiled. "Your welcome Kione. I don't have that many respectful vistiors, you are welcome to stay for a bit." He nodded and stood up. Then a rain drop hit his nose and he looked up at the sky. "I think you might want to... rain." He nodded and started walking toward his den.

"Thank you for the kindness." Gives him a slight smile before another rain drop hit her nose. "Oop! Oh, rain, I don't mind it much. I come from a cold climate." However, she followed behind Lakota, keeping a respectful distance. Her tail was no longer between her legs, and she had stood up to her mostly full height. Her ears were still held back and her gait was more of a follower type.

Lakota was quite an odd lion. His fur was slightly long than others and he acted like a wolf. But he was raised by them, So he was not that different? Right? Anyway, as he walked into the den he noticed a pile of boned and swiped them off to the side. "hehe.. Sorry about that mess. I like gnawing on the bones after my meal." He turned around to face her and flopped down on his side. "Make yourself comfortable." He nodded but stiffened up a bit by habit. His ears perked up and his pose showed higher status, he like it but hoped he wasn't scaring her.

Her nose twitched. "It smells like....wolf..." Kione murmured as she walked over to a corner and settled there. Though she appeared to be an ocelot, she was mostly a lioness through and through; her moves graceful and quite feline like. Her coat was slightly longer, but not as bad as Lakota's. At his bone habit, she giggled. "It's quite alright. There's nothing wrong with it. It is your home after all." However, she did notice his stiffened posture. "Is everything alright? You sense something, because I don't."
