Itachi is stronger way stronger way stronger .. Just use Mangekyo Sharingan.

itachi is stronger cause kisame is slow because of his big sword and so it makes it a million times easir for itachi to anticipate his moves wit the sharingan also mangekou could probably kill kisame in one or two hits... then comes susanoo will wont be neededthough if he deos use it there is no way kisame would win because if he uses water jutsu against it..it will just make it stronger cause it lighting

kisame looks itachi in the eyes on accident and hes dead. lets see kisame do that. so itachi is way better.

im not exactly sure...itachi has more powerful jutsu...but kisame has more chakra...its too hard confused
