So now that I got a tablet for Christmas, I started working on this piece again and I'm telling you.. I WILL ******** FINISH IT DAMMIT.
Fixed it last time I posted it here. That being the head placement and the coloring/skin tones. I like how it's turning out. The curly hair will be tricky though, but I can make it with much attempting lol.

Be really careful with the neck and clavicle. The tendons are too severe in the neck right now and you are missing the dip where the clavicle meets the sternum. Check out some reference to fix it.

Seems like her horns aren't symmetrical, I figure I'd see a shwee bit of the other horn under where her hair drapes. Neck seems a little funky as well.
Other than that, this is an amazing piece, I can't wait to see it finished.

lol Well there are some things I ALREADY KNOW that need to be fixing....
her left cheek,hair,neck, more of the shading in the skin... she's gonna have lace and detail in the outfit.. ******** the table... I need some textures for that s**t cause I'm hella lazy.

Your work is evolving greatly. Kudos to that!
You already stated some things you are going to work on.
I think you need to look at her horns again. Her right horn isn't going into her head at the same angle as her left one. The hair hides it, but you need to do some tweaking there. The horns period are a little wonky in their perspective.
Keep showing the progress. I LOVE seeing a piece develop.

Hah, well their wonky cause I copied and pasted the right one cause Im lazy. But I'll fix it when I get too it. My husband says to put visible skin over the first 2 spikes of the horn coming out of the forehead so it looks more realistic... I might just do that too. D:

I started writing this thinking its a really nice picture but it all came out critical so when reading, don't forget I like it!
Her neck structure is what really stands out to me. It doesn't look human at all.
her screen left shoulder is much smaller than her screen right shoulder and should stick out from the neck the same distance, both her armpits are way to high and on the screen right shoulder would start at the point of the arm brace thing, the breast starts from the underarm so they are in the right place if the armpit moves down.
The bone structure around the neck is wonky, you have shaded every aspect of it using the darkest and lightest colours of her skin pallet making it too defined. Also the area along the top of her shoulders, especially the screen left one would be darker generally because is covered by the hair, head and arm.
The very dark purple along the neckline would fade gradually down filling the dips in her skin especially on the screen left, it looks a bit like an outline not shading at the mo.
Otherwise I'm not a fan of completely impossibly breasted figures, ihmo woman are sexy/powerful as women, especially as woman who could run for a bus or defend them selves from a preditor, not as a western male ideal of beauty that would seriously hinder the quality of their life... but that’s a matter of taste and my big dollop of feminism.
I like the texture of the face, the roughness softens the cartoony features and the horns are really pretty, especially the way they get gold-er towards the tips.

Very good points that I will surely look into, I have a lot of work still left to go on this until I get fed up with it. This piece is definately going to be the end of me that's for sure. lol
As for the large breasts? Well uh, this character of mine in particular is part succubus and her breasts are part of her features that she uses to take advantage of men, seducing their minds and stealing their soul. That kind of deal. It's more like she's very voluptuous. She has meat on her very hour glass shape. I mean, I have other characters that don't have large breasts but I personally love very shapely women, breasts included.
But like you said, all a matter of taste.
