Here you can post glitches you've found on games, random cheats to get bonus things, and ways you've found on games to duplicate things...
I know quite a few cheats but I don't have them on me now sweatdrop maybe I'll post them later but for now
DMW4 (and likely other games where the two players save seperately) item/bits duplication (extremely safe) you need two people for this: save the file that is giving the items to the other person and once saved transfer the items. Now the other person who recieved the items saved but the first person doesn't. restart the game and voila, you have duplicated the items/bits

None in particular come to mind at the moment... I honest try not to use cheats unless there's an item or character that I can't resist fighting for after the first playthrough or two.

I'm sure there's some golden Sun players in here: here's a few Golden Sun cheats:
1st one: name all characters: on Issaac press select 3 times, you'll here a little chimish sound if it works
Lost Ages: name all characters: On Felix press select 3 times (again a chime, on Pier press: U,D,U,D,L,R,L,R,U,R,D,L,U, select. (again a chime)
U=up on d-pad D=down on d-pad L=left on d-pad R=right on d-pad select=select button (kinda obvious but clarified just in case)
And these do work... I have tested them I hate it when I try a code thatpeople say works and it doesn't stressed

I only use cheats and such after beating the game once without cheats. Or just for fun. I've used too many to list. Most of them are infinite life, levitate, duplicate, etc. razz

twisted i remember that i used a cheat in my old pokemon crystal version. what you would do is give your pokemon a rare candy to hold then put it in one of the storage boxes except as soon as it was saving you turn off the power and then once you turn it on you have 2 of the same pokemon and 2 rare candies

I remember that, wasn't that a duplication glitch?
Anyways I only use them either when I beat the game, or when I'm really sturck, but mostly when I beat them

I usually only use cheats on some of my older games/consoles. So if something goes wrong and things start getting corrupted then its not as bad for me. neutral
The only cheats that come to mind right now are the duplication ones for pokemon games. I heard there are new ones for Pearl and Diamond. They involve using the GTS and shutting off the power (coincidence?) when it says not to. People claim this to be "safe" although a message appears after you do it saying the game is corrupt. I haven't tried it. I only read about it, but I'd rather not risk it. sweatdrop

I would never risk losing all that

If it is cheating, then I'm the biggest cheater there is. Cause you try to beat a FF Game without a walkthrough, I say it's nearly (nearly) impossible. You'll always forget something.
