Konami is very excited about the 2005 MTV VMA's why you ask? That's because MTV has nominated the sound track in DDR Extreme for an award in the Best Video Game Soundtrack category in this year's MTV Video Music Awards. If you're a true DDR fan then it's time to make yourself heard! Head over to this link and cast your vote for the world's #1 dance video game!

I voted.
Almost gave up. That site's a pain in the a** to navigate (or maybe I'm too tired, and thus lazy).

With that video of DDR: Extreme they provided, I won't be suprised if it loses by a lot.
They should've played LoM and showed a high adrenaline-rush music video with the steps. Really, with that music and stuff they showed with it (forgot that song name), far more people are going to generalize it as a "cheesy nerd game". They could've later focused on DDR: Extreme's "extra" games later on in the video. Do many of us really give a crap about DDR: Extreme's extras?

Nah, this kida thing really isn't worth getting into.
If it appeared on G4, and won (not likely) that would be something.

I thought extreme sucked. It had 4, maybe 5 decent songs.
If GTA SA is up for it though..thats where my votes going. =b
Though they mayve already done that or something..too lazy to look.

I think either DDR or the Tony Hawk soundtrack deserves to win, truthfully. Whatever that stupid all-rap soundtrack was..I think it was Midnight Club 3 or something.. is gonna win, though, thanks to all the ghetto wannabes.
I haven't seen the video of any of them, but the picture used for DDR is retarded. Some trailer-trash looking girl waving her arms around. Yeah, that's totally helping DDR win. Couldn't they have at least used part of a background movie from one of the songs for a picture? The guy being chased in Legend of Max? The jester from A, maybe?
