As the name implies its a large graveyard are with many spirits still living there. A great place to find a spirit all, or necromancy >D

Rednal relaxed against the wall of the Cemetery for a time, listening to the sounds of the spirits around him. This was a nice, quiet place. People didn't come to the Cemetery very often, and almost never to the back areas where all the old graves were. It was an excellent place to train. With a sigh, Rednal slid his sword out of its sheath and got in a ready stance. His golden-armored spirit companion watched from nearby as Rednal worked through a series of chops, slashes, and stabs. Carrying a metal sword was illegal here, as far as Rednal knew, but there wasn't much anybody could do about it. "It's important to keep in shape for combat." Rednal noted mildly.

"Obviously." Gilgamesh, the King of Heroes, stated calmly. He was rather bored with the whole affair, and didn't talk much. When everything on the planet belonged to you, minor affairs like the Shaman Fight were rather less important than they might be to others. He'd seen, oh, six or seven of the things that he could remember. "You'll do better if I help. Physical training is important, but your shamanistic powers shouldn't suffer." the Golden King added. Rednal considered for barely an instant before nodding his agreement. "Do it like this."

Gilgamesh shifted himself into the ball form that spirits often used when they wanted to be around, but not necessarily in their full glory. On top of that, it was much, much easier for a Shaman to grab them and perform their magic; doing it while the spirit was full-size, especially if the spirit was human-sized or larger, was a notably more difficult thing. Gilgamesh was extremely arrogant, but he was not stupid. He was a King, and he was willing to do things himself if it would lead to his goals being accomplished better. Right now, he was helping this Shaman boy who had dared to challenge him with the Shaman Fight.

Gilgamesh could not resist something like that. His pride noted that while there was such a great competition, he should be more than willing to win it. He owned every physical item, and others only borrowed them, but titles from competitions... now that was something he actually had no claim to. And the Shaman Fight was the greatest competition of them all. Who better to win the competition than he who was the greatest spirit? "You've studied integration with weapons, I'm sure. We'll work on how to actually do it now." Rednal's shamanistic knowledge would fill in the gaps for what Gilgamesh didn't know and thus couldn't teach.

Ten minutes later, Rednal grabbed Gilgamesh and shoved him into she sword he was using. This was a basic shaman technique, and he was already rather familiar with the process as it related to energy manipulation and the other complex parts of the technique. Looking at his sword, which was now surrounded by a golden glow, Rednal didn't think it was a particularly hard thing to manage. He had more to accomplish, of course, but this would do for now.

"All right." Gilgamesh announced. "This is moderately strong as a weapon, but you can do a lot better. While I'm integrated with this weapon, I can transform it into one from my vault. Let's start with something simple. Hmm... Ah, Durandal. Now, picture the legend in your mind." Rednal did so. Durandal was one of the many, many mythic weapons Gilgamesh had owned. Or just owned, really, considering that the Golden King still considered everything to be his, with some justification. He had possessed them previously, and others had just taken them out of his vault. Thieves, really. All the mythic artifacts, famous swords and the like, were much older than most people realized.

Durandal, the sword of Roland, was a moderately famous sword. It wasn't particularly strong, per se, not like Excalibur or the Claimh Solais or the like, but it was a good blade... and sad to be unbreakable. Nothing was unbreakable in actuality, but it was extremely durable. A good choice for a Shamanistic weapon. There was a pulse under Rednal's hand, and he was suddenly grasping something a little more physical... and rather heavier. He looked down and found himself holding a mostly unadorned blade, but one that felt more than a little sturdy.

"Impressive..." Rednal murmured. It had actually become physical, but its spiritual summoning and Gilgamesh's presence allowed it to interact with spirits. He swung it to the side, almost toppling over due to the greater weight of the weapon compared with his previous sword. "This'll take some getting used to..."

Hotaru sighed as she walked through the graves , stopping every so often to read the names etched into the stone "How quiet it is here. " Mikomi floated nearby her in ball form , looking mad and bored as usual "This is the perfect place"

Rednal's Oversoul shattered in his hand after a few seconds, leaving Gilgamesh in his orb form and Rednal's metal blade the only things in front of him. "Well..." Rednal said dryly. "Looks like I need more practice." his senses twinged a moment later, and his mind located a strong spiritual presence nearby. An animal spirit of some sort. "...I think it's time to go hunting." Rednal noted, moving forward at a fairly rapid pace. Gilgamesh moved behind him, not looking worried in the slightest. Several moments later, they came to the top of a nearby cliff. Below them was a human and a large wolf-spirit of some type. Gilgamesh's lips curled in a contemptuous sneer. An animal, radiating hostile energy? He'd hunted worse before breakfast. "Looks like this is where we're going to be having some fun." Rednal noted calmly, lifting his blade. The wolf spirit was obviously hostile, and that was all Rednal needed to know.

Rednal slid backwards as the other Shaman came at him. He was rather faster, so it was not an especially difficult task to manage, even when the other Shaman merged with his spirit to boost his abilities. Still, Rednal was experienced with blades, and dodging was fairly easy. It probably helped that the other Shaman's spirit was an animal-type; as a general rule, animal spirits were not very good to integrate with because they moved in an entirely different manner and that screwed up the instructions to the body. Combined with Rednal's swordsmanship skill, as well as Gilgamesh's warning, it had not been difficult to get back far enough when the cliff was smashed. There was less damage than Rednal had predicted; merging with your spirit was good and all, but only for beginners.

"Return to the sword." Rednal said, grabbing Gilgamesh and pushing him into his blade. The weapon was surrounded by an aura for only a moment before the entire weapon shifted again to the form Rednal had been using earlier. Rednal seemed to have no intentions of integrating the King of Heroes into his own body; his skill with swords was enough to deal with a single opponent, and his spirit's power would compensate for the other Shaman's abilities quite nicely. "Actually..." Rednal observed dryly. "He's fairly weak... Come up with something to pound him down in one hit, would you?" His spirit laughed, but did focus part of his mind on running through what he owned (that is, everything that existed) to find something suitable.

seryu looked to see that rendal had dodge it surprised seryu added"we might have to use spirit control he took fenrir from out of him"fenrir into the sword"making a nice aura around the sword the sword change into a different blade, fenrir and seryu spirit energy was very powerful enuff to match up with rendal "master indeed his spirit is strong but he doesn't stand a chance against us yea".Seryu swing his sword and it made a blue projectile slash and it was coming fast"let's see if he can dodge it I might have use for this one"said seryu.

Rednal tilted his weapon and caught the attack with the flat of his blade. "My apologies." Rednal said calmly. "But my spirit was kind enough to help me use this weapon instead of just a normal Oversoul. You aren't strong enough to break it." This was stated without arrogance, merely the tone of someone noting a fact. Durandal was considered an unbreakable blade; as a summoned form, Rednal's version wasn't actually unbreakable, but somebody with only his level of energy wouldn't be able to summon the power necessary. "Also, looking at how you're fighting... you don't even know what you're doing." the Shaman clearly had no actual skill with weaponry, and in a contest between two people with weapons, one with extensive training and the other with little-to-none, it was obvious who the winner was going to be. That was just the way the world worked, and all the determination somebody had wouldn't do a thing about it. Plus, now that he was no longer integrated with his spirit, he was slow. Too slow.

Rednal shot forward, his sword out in front of him as he moved towards his opponent's midsection to slice it open. This particular dash had the advantage of being easy to defend from, and this Shaman was slow enough that Rednal was going to have little difficulty cutting him apart. It was his misfortune to be attacking Rednal like this before he had gained something that resembled skill. Rednal's blade, now within reach, slashed towards the other Shaman's stomach at a speed rather faster than he was capable of dodging completely.
