Which insurance? He sells two kinds. The first is accident insurance and the second is fraud insurance.
To an extent, the accident insurance is worth it, because you get 100 bells if you trip and fall or get stung by a bee (you can only receive a maximum of 100 bells per day, regardless of how many times you fall and/or get stung by bees).
The fraud insurance really isn't worth it. It costs 6,000 bells. If you buy a fake painting from Redd, Lyle will buy it back for 100 bells.
I don't understand what you mean by "find the WiFi installation online".

You could get more than 100 bells per day for falling/bees if you want, but it's a pain. Every time you trip or get stung, just save and quit, then restart. You should have the letter with 100 bells in it, then if you fall/get stung again, repeat. Personally, I don't think it's worth it. xp
