I mean it. I need to die. I was marching in Disneyland, and out of nowhere..
MY BELL FELL!!!!
We were going around a curve, and Bass Clarinet bells aren't the most unnoticable thing. It landed with a loud clank and I actually, accidentally, KICKED IT!!!! I had to keep going, but I was able to pick it up and keep in step but.... oh lord, someone kill me!!! gonk

I feel your pain--it stinks to drop stuff, especially the dentables.

That sucks. out band got to go to the elementary schools to play. I had to give my friend my bassoon (which you forgot) to go up on stage to play in jazz band. The boot of it (aka bottom) fell off! Thank goodness it didn't break, though. 'else I'd have to pay 5000 dollars.. -_-'

lol that reminds me of a story my dad told me about his base clarinet, he was walking home at night from a concert as he crosses a bridge he hears a sploosh, looks down an notices that his bell is missing xD
