"Hm. What to do, what to do?" Eden asked herself, singing in a musical tone. Winter was so gorgeous, she couldn't help but be in a happy mood! The season was almost over, but snow had not yet disappeared. Instead, it still hung itself over trees and draped the grounds until it was almost pure white in some areas. The more, the merrier~ It would just mean more fun for her!
With every step she took, her hooves sunk slightly into the snow until the fur at her hooves was wet. Albeit snow was freezing, but than again. She didn't mind the cold either. As she trotted about playfully, admiring the snowflakes that feel from the sky, she couldn't help but to think, "I wish I could share this with someone.." It was a bit lonely by herself after all. But it was allright. It wasn't the first time, nor the last.
As the snowflakes continued to fall, there was the irritable habit of certain snowflakes who chose to the cling to the manes INSTEAD of falling to the ground. With a small sound of annoyance, she shook her head violently in an attempt to shake off the snowflakes.. with semi-successful results.
".. Argh."

Stamping one of her fore-hooves, K'inali made her way through the snowy landscape--now that her thick winter coat had grown in, the young mare hardly minded the chill in the air.
The snow on the ground was fresh and powdery, and a light snowfall continued to add to it. Ignoring the possiblity of slipping, and thus hurting herself, K'inali darted off, laughing to herself as the wind rushed through her mane, and snowflakes swirled around her. It was in this condition that she didn't even hear Eden's irritated noise, nearly bowling into her in her own haste.
Halted abruptly, K'inali tossed her head, eyeing Eden with open interest. What on earth was she doing here?

What on earth she was doing here? What on earth was her SISTER doing there? With a delighted whinny, she rushed over to her sister.. or at least tried to..
She didn't take in the thought or consequences of the snow and the ground. Snow was wet. Thus the ground was wet. nd if the ground was wet, falling would have been a HIGH possibility if one was running. And so like Eden, she always proved the possibilities correct. And with a shriek, down she went.
"Oww." She said softly, as she found herself on the ground. At least the snow had provided a semi-soft landing. At least, at least. But she consoled herself with the thought that she had FINALLY seen her sister! They hadn't seen each other since they were foals. It was such a long time.. "I wish I could have seen her more." She reflected wistfully back through the months that passed between their birth.
But it was no use regretting it now. At least she had her sister now! Struggling to get up through the slippery snow without falling, she called out a shaky greeting to her sister, "Hallo~!"

Slipping herself, K'inali barely caught herself, legs splayed awkwardly. Shaking her head, she shakily righted herself, before turning to her sister. The sharp comment she'd have been about to make died, as she recognized her kin. It had been far too long, since she'd seen either of her siblings.
Nickering, she daintily made her way over to where Eden was scrambling to regain her own equilibrium. "Hello, sister~" enthusiasm warmed her words. "What puts you out here on such a cold day? Not that it's not good to see you..."

With a steady hold of her position, She scampered off to her sister's side, aware of the slippery snow all around her. "You know me." She said, laughing, her eyes twinkling. "I never like to stay inside for long. Isn't it the same for you?" Glancing wonderingly at her sister. When she was a foal, she vaguely recalled that her sister was such an active filly.. and a stubborn one at that. However, it was so long ago, she wasn't quite sure.
But enough with the talk about her! "Nevermind me." She insisted, more interested in her sister. "What about you? What are you doing all the way out here?!" She asked with obvious delight, as she busied herself with the task of pulling .. or tugging on her sister's tan and brown colored mane.
Discreetly, she observed her sister. Her expression didn't betray any of the thoughts on her face. Strangely, looking at her sister and her startling resemblance to her father made her feel.. uncomfortable. While her other two siblings resembled their mothers so much..

K'inali chuckled. For all that she remembered very little about her sister's personality...really, for most of her family's personalities, the details were fuzzy, faded with time, she'd felt an instant tug of...something, when she'd recognized her sibling.
Grinning, K'inali shook her head, trying to dislodge her wayward mane from her sister's firm grip. "Exploring, of course! everything looks so different, now that there's snow on the ground!" As with everything in life, K'inali's interpretation of 'exploring' involved her scrambling around, trying to take everything in at once.
If she'd ever felt out of place, the only one of the trio to resemble their father so closely, it was long-since forgotten. Taking a moment, she collected her thoughts, pawing at the ground in her overriding excitement. "How have you been? has life been treating you well?" The words flew out of her mouth, not even giving her sister a chance to reply between questions.
