Realizing where i posted this, i now see that this is something only tourney boys do... sorry for anyone that was wondering what i am/was talking about...
I live in FL so I use whatever paint I want all year round, sorry I can't help you. I'm not too sure what the function of Winter blend paints are. Though you said you took an interest in Pump and if your using a Pump I don't think it'll really matter what paint you use when it comes to chops and what not sense you are the operating pressure and any chops is due to user error.
I was able to shoot extremely brittle Intertia and Hellfire through my Pump last Winter with no problem, though most of the Semi marker were making soup out of it. Hence the reason why my local field no longer stocks higher grade paints like them unless you put in a personal request for them to get you some.
