I hate swing...especialy when I have to do it with my euphoniun...I just suck at it realy bad..Im ok when I do it with the flute and my trumpet but I still hate it..How about the rest of you???

I was in jazz band and I had to play swing 24/7 on guitar. I dropped out cuz it was too much man. Plus I was in orchestra and I played swing cuz I kept forgetting what class I was in and vice versa.

I really like swing. It's my favourite jazz subgenre. But I really like straight classica land modern classical stuffs as well.

I don't play a lot of Swing in Concert band but we all love it when we get a piece where we get to swing. We practice scales swing style just so we don't forget inbetween pieces!!

We did some odd songs in orchestra lately where we got to play swing -- swing on bassoon kicks a**!

I really miss playing Swing in Jazz....
I played Sax....though there is no longer a Jazz band. :'(

What a coincidence .. i played swing today in band. It was the first time i ever played swing, and it sounds awesome whee i luv it.... though i never get to play it in Jazz Band, then again i've only been in it for like half a year
