In the pilot for the L Word there was someone who mentioned and Inquirer study about lesbian versus straight women and their hands. Lesbians have ring fingers longer than their index fingers and the opposite was true of straight women. I didn't put too much stock in it but I was amused to find that my ring finger WAS longer than my index finger. So is my girlfriend's.
Then the other day in the car I was talking to my very awesome straight best friend and we tried it out and her index finger was longer than her ring finger.
So girls, help me out here.

No, but seriously, my ring finger is longer than my index finger....and I am most DEFINETLY a straighty!

Mine are so close I can't tell which is longer... and I'm straight (at least mostly).

My index finger is a lot longer and I like girls a lot. I've never seen anyone with a longer ring finger. But then again, I don't know any lesbians.

UPDATE! My mother's hands are opposite from mine, and she is DEFINETLY straight...I think....she's been married....and she's married now....and had lots of boyfriends...no girlfriends that I know of....but lots of gay friends.....sorry, rambling! sweatdrop
