Ok, Students meet here when you see this thread, say hello, your name and any BASIC jutsu's you know (none of you are even at chunin I believe thus you shouldn't know very advanced Jutsu yet) *Lays out 3 sheets, each on the top of one of 3 400 ft tall trees

**allows the chakra to become a little lighter before releashing it in a dark red, causing a whirl wind around him as it become staticy before shooting straight up into the sky and falling down in the form of a thunderbolt*
