 Before you, is the grand Ballroom, on loan to us from Johnny K. Gambino.
We are gathered here today in preperations for the holiday and its activities to come.
We have a butler stationed at the door, and he will gladly take your jacket
as you are let in to what shall be a season to remember. MK stands in the entrance, greeting his guests.Hello, and welcome to you all!

kahluuluu hi, this is a beautiful place. are there going to be refreshments? Of course there will, what manner of gathering would this be otherwise? ^_^ She gestures to the butler and sends him off to the kitchens to notify the cooks that the guests have begun to arrive.

The kitchen doors open, and the cooks begin to wheel out carts laden with delicious food and drinks. There is something to delight anyone, from cookies, to cakes, to lobster and caviar. Soon the long banquet tables are full of platters, awaiting the hungry guests.

There are others scheduled to arrive shortly, and some will not be able to make it until later. I do not myself expect anything out of the normal, though beginning tomorrow, I expect an entire new sea of faces at the Ball.

By all means, help yourselves, it is buffet style, so no need to stand on formality. We have no way of predicting when others will join us, and there is certainly no need to hold back from enjoying ourselves 3nodding
